Exactly buddy , Im not saying Floyd was the first to ask for blood testing but he did link it with boxing to be big news world wide , its a natural progression for Boxing to invest in better PED testing , the world of sport is going that way so will boxing , if it wasnt Floyd making a noise sooner or later it would have been somebody else to give it some real momentum . Yes the testing has to evolve plain and simple. Remember the MLB days of Jose Canseco . . . did he ever test positive for steroids in his prime? No. How about when guys like Sosa, McGwire, and Bonds where blasting out 60-70 home runs and breaking records, did they test positive at that time? No. It wasnt till someone blew the whistle that MLB changed its testing methods to match the drugs that where being used. Same thing has to happen to Boxing.
