The first time around, Pacquiao vs Cotto at 145 was a pointless fight, a fight I happily ordered just to watch Cotto get massacred by Pacquiao, and it happened just like I pictured it. Got beaten like the C fighter he is. Pacquiao vs Mosley was the fight to make in late 2009, but instead we got a predictable fight by Pacquiao, the start of a series of very predictable fights by him.
This time around, the fight would be even more pointless than the first pointless, meaningless fight.
it baffles me how pacquiao beating cotto isn't a good win for pacquiao.
had one loss and there's question marks prior to them fighting, and had gotten a championship and defended a number of times after it.
Yes but def. biased. But we all KNOW one thing, Cotto comes to fight it will be an exciting match regardless. We all know Bradley will get KTFO too but it wont be as entertaining. We also know that May/Floyd fight will not happen. There's no way two grown men will grow bigger balls at their age.
I will light dog sh1t on Bob Arum's front door if he makes Pacquaio fight Cotto again. He might as well just fight someone we never heard of before with a .500 record. It would be just as competitive.
Would rather see Pacquiao face a new opponent. Where's the glory in beating little Pacquiao at 154lbs?
yup I agree new opponent is better and cotto could look for a big fight with floyd or maybe sergio ....

this is just pure hating ... funny thing before I though you were a good poster lolz
Cotto miss pacman at 154 should not happen. If they were to fight it should be at 150, and I would watch that. Cotto should not have bit the bait and agree to fighting at 145 in there first fight. That was a huge mistake.

You're an idiot. Cotto a C fighter? Then you say Pac-Mosley was the fight to make when Cotto beat Shane?

^^Dumb.
I don't want anyone to say that they'd like to see a rematch just because we shouldn't give Arum any reason to keep Manny away from Floyd.
But, I can't say I wouldn't be interested in the rematch. Cotto's losses came to two guys that are regarded as suspicious by a lot of people and I don't think he's depreciated as much as most say he has.
Assuming Manny can make the weight, the fight might actually be more enjoyable than the first. Arum did promise Cotto a return bout with Pac, but he has to earn it. I say take out Tony and then Canelo, put him right back up there with the big boys.

So if Cotto was a C-fighter, what does that make Mosley?

"C" fighters don't go thru Cotto's resume with only two losses, one of which might not be legit and one which he'll get the chance to avenge this December.
