^^^ I agree with this. Linares loss his first fight with a shot to the TEMPLE. You can't do **** about that. His second fight was a horrible stoppage. His bleeding made it worse than what it was. If the fight isn't stopped. He wins a wide UD. Unquestionably. He'd pot-shot the 12th round, that's why. Linares has a huge ceiling. Great technique and a body the size of ODLH. He still hasn't even reached his peak yet. I dont agree with this at all He was covered up, he wasnt throwing anything back (previously he would fight back) he was just taking bombs and they hurt him quite bad When the ref stopped it, he couldn't even complain.... Hes the only 1 to blame for losing that fight, trading with a puncher, hes amazing, great technique and sooo fast.....power isnt an asset he posses tho So i dont see why he was trying to trade with this guy

No, he belongs on the list. This is a year of upsets.. amazed more names haven't been mentioned... Names like Fernando Guerrero, axed off by Grady Brewer David Lemieux, axed off by Rubio after a career of first and second round knockouts. You may be right but we have yet to see. I have my doubts but I hope we see him come back stronger. He looked great in the De Marco fight but it's going to take some strong character to come back from brutal loss. I wouldn't really consider the De Marco fight to be a "brutal loss"

Sometimes young fighters are "exposed", sometimes they are rushed and put in over their heads, some don't take their talent seriously and waste it, and others get involved in a lot of brutal battles at a young age and lose a lot along their way. He has only lost 2 and because of stupid mistakes, fights he was winning as well. He will be a champ soon and see him dominating the division for a long time. ^^^ I agree with this.
