wow the tools are out tonight. How is margo a better fight coming off a suspension and a ko loss(forget that bs tune up) than ortiz coming off a championship fight at welter? Margo is a complete bum. Ortiz doesn't have heart but the margo v. manny bout would have been the same as a floyd v. berto bout. Ortiz was a much more credible foe at the time of the fight. As was hatton and mosley at the time of the floyd fight. Clottey..........just cut it out, that was a farce.

Tony is a tougher fight only becuz he never stops coming, but Ortiz hits harder, and has a stylistic advantage over Floyd. Margarito didn't have that over Pacquiao. I guarentee Margarito/Mayweather would go the distance, but don't be still in thinking he'd win

Cotto isn't a great counter puncher, but be real man. Ortiz got dropped by Maidana and Berto, Cotto has probably 10-15 pounds on Maidana and 5-10 on Berto the night of the fight. He drops him with the type of left hook Floyd landed, he wouldn't need the extra right hand after.

He might be slower but he is even bigger and still in better condition. The mental pressure is light years beyond anything Ortiz could bring to the ring that more than makes up for being slower and older.

Other than Chin and stamina Ortiz is a better opponent in every way, not to mention the fact that Ortiz was actually in his prime coming off a great win, Margarito was coming off a beating and in then in exhile.

Mayweather vs Ortiz was panning out to be just like Pacquiao v Margarito. Both were facing brawlers and were having their way with them, with both Margaro and Ortiz having their moments with the exception of Mayweather v Ortiz incident, otherwise I think it too would have gone to a decision. Watching the videos again you'll notice that for all the shots landing on Ortiz, Mayweather was also missing alot. Not fair for Marg, I don't see how he can headbutt a midget. :D:D
