Go see for your self's. You can still get ring side tickets!!!!!
If the brokers and casinos bought tickets to sell, can they return unsold tickets and get their money back? If they cannot then technically, the fight is sold out. Tickets that are bought for resale are tickets already sold.
technically the fight is sold out, but that's "technically"
the problem here is that people are trying to say one fighter sold out quicker then the other and are talking ****.
no one knows how many tickets brokers and casinos have to sell/give out for the fights.
People stop comparing this ****. seriously, are some of you straight up dumb asses?
major event tickets in Vegas are run by brokers and the casinos. you cant fairly judge which fight sells out faster. Casinos comp tickets to high rollers, and it vary's on how many tickets the casinos are allowed for certain events.
If brokers bought more tickets of Pacquaio/marquez then they did for floyd/Ortiz BUT the brokers still have tickets does that mean they sold out faster?
NO.
and do any of you know how many tickets the brokers have bought for each fight and how much they have left?
NO.
Do any of you know how many tickets the casinos grabbed up?
NO.
come on people!!!

That's ether
Floyd is #1 and Manny is #1b when it comes to Box Office and PPV sales in Boxing. They both deserve their respect and props and if Arum ever allows the fight to get made they'll shatter all records and it will probably take at least another generation, if not two, for their record to get broke.
Manny sells more tickets but Floyd generates more box office revenue because he prices his tickets a bit higher.
Still think it's weird that Showtime never confirmed Arum's 1.3 million ppv sales claims for Manny and Shane.

See the problem with your post is that it makes too much sense. Therefore both Pac and Floyd stans won't understand it.

You're right, either way I may just go ahead and cop.
You can get up to 10 tickets at once. Rows and rows still available.

http://i1187.photobucket.com/albums/z388/1dcsailor/Smiles/obamahmm.png Damn you're right. I may just pull the trigger and cop 2 as an early Christmas present to myself. For some reason the only thing that came up for me was the other venues
Provide me a ticketmaster link that I can buy Mayweather/Ortiz tickets. Venues showing the fight don't count.

:haha:
No, there's PLENTY of tickets left through ticketmaster. You don't have to get them through the 'black market' :lol1:

Mayweather/Ortiz tickets sold out the same day the tickets dropped. The tickets available now are black market. Here is a testimony from a guy that tried to cop some tickets the day the tickets dropped.

ever heard of "negligible" number in math.. finish high school...
Sold out means sold out. If you go to a store for a cd and they're SOLD OUT that means they don't have 1 cd to sell you. If I can buy a ticket for the Pacquia fight from ticketmaster they are NOT sold out.
Looks like I can't get more than 1 ticket. I tried the same thing with Mayweather-Ortiz tics, found I can get 10 ringside tickets no problem. Rows and rows of ringside (and elsewhere) still available :boxing:

What's up Fight Fans.. Going to use the forum to voice my opinion... Thanks in advance..
I'm an average dude with a middle class salary, working 6 days a week. So when word got out about Mayweather/Ortiz tickets going on sale today @ 1pm EST. I was pumped up, I dont mind paying the $150 or $300 tag per ticket to see a fight.
I had 5 people on ticketmaster and on the phone with ticketmaster trying to help me score tickets.. The second the clock hit 1pm EST. ALL TICKETS WERE SOLD OUT. Now this isnt the 1st time this happened, Ive been trying to attent the last several Pac or Floyd Fights and the same **** happens.
Why do they even say that tickets go on sale to General Public, when they know. No such tickets are available. I know the Casino and the sponsors need there share, but when you keep on having events that normal people cant attend its just ****ed up.
I really wish there was a legit was to get tickets in the sport of boxing.
Thanks for listening...
