Only reason Paq didnt KO Mosley was that Mosley ran. Only reason Cotto made it to round 12 is because he ran. Only reason Margo went the distance is because Paq let off the gas. Simple facts. Or maybe, he has all the tools to do serious damage to his opponents, but can't really cutting off the ring properly well enough to fully executed those KO victories.
