Manny pacquaio fires visionqwest

VisionQwest Fired August 20th, 2011 Brad Cooney 8CN was just informed by a very reliable source that Manny Pacquiao has terminated the services of VisionQwest. Pacquiao had previously hired the company to look through his financial records. Recently 8CN had VisionQwest's CEO Michael Lodge on the record who openly expressed concerns about their findings “It only shows that there are agendas that are not healthy for our client.” Update: VisionQwest CEO Michael Lodge has confirmed to 8CN that they have been terminated. This is his email in that regard; "It is true. Our office just received a letter via fax from Manny's attorney from Los Angeles. We have forwarded the letter to our legal counsel to respond accordingly. As you know there has been a lot of pressure upon Manny from outside sources to remove us from his accounting team. Our firm will deal with this issue in a legal manner under the contract laws afforded us a a business on the issue of interference in ones business. We will be forthcoming upon our attorneys review as to what our response will be. As you know we are in the Philippines meeting with our counterparts in legal and accounting prior to meeting with Manny. However, it appears now that this is a legal matter that needs to be delt with in the correct manner. We will wait for our attorneys review in the United States and in the Philipines." Wow. As a Pacquiao fan, I'd have to say that Pacquiao is really a dumbass. I mean, I like him as a fighter, but damn, Bob Arum literally does ALL the thinking for him. Holy crap. He doesn't even hear what they have to say and just goes with Bob automatically. This is ridiculous. I don't know if he's doing well as a congressman, but I'm pretty sure a congressman should know how to think. It's not even about money anymore. It's about a guy taking total advantage of another guy who is supposed to be a good friend. And Manny is just making it so easy for him. Even when Pacquiao answers interviews, his answers are always the same, as if its scripted. I feel like Arum tells him what to say. "When they ask you if you want to fight Mayweather, just tell them it is not your job. It is the promoters job. Got it?" As if they're afraid that Manny is going say something that might screw up Arum's plans. And even with two jobs, I also hear that he is broke. I don't know if its rumors or not but the fact that this even became news shows what kind of chaos the Pac camp is in. Goodness. The whole camp is just a disaster. In 10 years from now, I can definitely see HBO making a documentary of Pacquiao's life, "The Rise and Fall of the People's Champ", or something like that. Joe Frazier type story. Freddie Roach seems neutral between Top Rank and Golden Boy, so if Manny is really like a son to him, he should tell him whats up since Manny actually listens to Freddie.
