he didnt have real technical skills he was a great athelete but he never beat an atg swarmer to show what he is made of,,,

This. Being half puerto-rican, I remember watching a number of Tito's fights. A determined boxer with a malicious left hook, the way he would gradually just shatter his opponent's will. One of those fighters that if you were lucky to make it out of the ring with, you would most likely never be exactly the same as when you went into the ring lol.
