its choreography. i mean its nice to look at but pacs training is alot more entertaining than that pitty pat shiit.
yeah, i'm not a big fan of the whole pitty pat style mitt work either. but from 1:41 to 2:15 was pretty cool.

dude, u got nothing better to do with ur life than hate? get a grip on reality, man.
it's a speed/reflexes exercise.........it is useful. They would do more "conventional" work off camera, in the same way i don't believe Floyd AT ALL when he asserts he doesn't watch tape of his opponents. I would be surprised if he hasn't seen Ortiz' last 5 fights.
of course he doesnt:Flush:
hed rather study lady gaga moves than his opponents

His rope routine is crazy awesome. Nobody in the sport can touch that.
people might get stuck into me for this, but his routine is fairly easy to replicate......i can actually skip the way he does, though i'm not as fluid, fast or consistent, and i can't pull the move where he transitions from skipping forward to backward the way he did on the Hatton 24/7. The crossovers whilst doing high knees, the side to sides and cans aren't that hard.
