When someone as big as Pacquiao is getting screwed over by Arum, it is normal for people to question why. Yeah, Pacquiao is making more money than he ever did in his whole life...but he could be making more. It's not about money. It's about people taking advantage of you, especially when this person is supposed to be your friend. When someone effs you up the assss, you're not supposed to bend over and take it with a smile. So although we are not worried about his financial well being, we do question his behavior. In any business transaction, both parties will naturally aim for what they believe is in their best interest. If one party is happy to get 70%, whereas the other party would have been happy getting even 20%, then it doesn't mean that the first party is getting screwed over if the second party got 30%. When a person is already earning more than enough in his own opinion, at least, that would already be cause for happiness among sane people. The reason why many people are unhappy and discontented in today's society is because they look at what the other guy is getting rather than what they are receiving. Pac is obviously a person who has no problems sharing his money with his poorer countrymen. Thus, it is far more likely that he is simply content to count his own blessings rather than ***** about how much Arum is making.
