Because its manny pacquiao. Manny Pacquiao can do whatever he wants. Manny Pacquiao is the best p4p boxer ever!

got your drip and it is a very valid one....
but presently, that's the way things are...
it is now more on the marketability of a fight...
the old norm of fighters having to earn their shot at a certain champion/fighter is not really so much the trend now...............
sadly, the color of money is....
Cant argue with that either. Fact is, the threat/reward ratio for this fight is more then either Pac or May would ever be willing to accept.
It's not because Martinez is too big though, it because he's just too good & nuthugger's need to stop complaining about the fact Martinez is calling them out because like said before, he has full right to.
That being said, and i've said it before an i'll say it again; If May or Pac want to cement their legacy without facing each other, then all roads lead to... Martinez.
they can both move up 1 where both have won titles to fight martinez....

It is up to each man to decide how far up he can take his body. That being said there's nothing wrong with someone calling out 2 fighters who have previously been awarded titles at that weightclass, to a fight in that weightclass.
thank you................

as a fan why would i give a sh1t about their money??legacy is where its at,thats what jmm is doing fighting legacy fights
They're also mega money fights.....

But it's ridiculous to criticize fighters when you're just not getting the logistics of the sport. Your thought process is naive.
JMM is taking perceived legacy fights...cause he is from a smaller weight class and he got fights with the two biggest draws in the sport.
If Robert Guerrero did it you'd be like "oh my god he's got so much heart he cares so much about legacy"...but he's doing what ANYONE would do and that's fighting for money. They deserve credit, but you can't give that example and then say since JMM is willing to do that Pac or May should fight Martinez.
If Martinez could net them career high pay days.....they would fight him. But he doesn't so what's the incentive?
God, that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying legacy is not incentive to big money guys like Floyd and Pac at this stage of their careers. To expect that of them is unreasonable.

martnez doesnt bring legacy??really??

JMM moving up to fight Floyd, now Manny is more about the money than winning or losing. These two fights will earn JMM much much more than any other fights he has every had with somebody else not named Mayweather or Pacquiao.
God, this is retarded Larry.
Marquez moved up to fight the two biggest money fights the sport can offer.
Martinez brings nothing to the table for Floyd and Manny, where's the incentive? It's not "legacy", that's very idealistic and unrealistic.

Yes they can....but also can't Martinez move up 2 divisions were "he" has won
nothing and face Hopkins? There will always be an equal argument so let us all
just enjoy the fights they put in front of us.
no what im saying is why can jmm move up wheres he won nothing but floyd and manny cant meat sergio at 154 where all 3 have held the same title
