Wlad-Haye commentry ? WTF?

All I recall was Jim Watt harping on about what a magnificent performance Wlad was putting in, and saying shit like he looked better than he ever has before -- which is patently untrue. Jim Watt really, really grinds my gears. He's either relentlessly moaning in that horrible, caustic voice of his, or fawning over one of the fighters even when they're not doing anything particularly extraordinary.

I got owned. In truth the sky commentators are pretty biased towards British fighters in the build up to fights, but they generally do a good job of scoring them and accepting it when their fighter is getting beaten.

Brit announcers suck at scoring fights. They probably use the same Brit announcers for football, they should stick with football instead. They probably had Lennox Lewis winning every round against Vitali. Sky had Vitali up 59-55 at the end of the 6th.

The only ridiculous thing I heard from the UK commentators was that it was a brave effort from Haye. Jim Watt scored it 10-2 to Klitschko so there was no issue with the scoring. Most of the guys on the British commentary team were highly critical of his performance and the excuse afterwards.

I originally watched the fight live in Italy, with Italian commentary, which I didnt understand a word of, so relied soley on the video. Like most people i was pretty dissappointed with the fight but it was clear that Haye was just there to get paid and to avoid being KTFO, so just ran away. Yesterday I watched it again but with the UK commentary and i was laughing my head off! Which fight were those clowns watching FFS? they were saying haye was landing huge shots when they were missing altogether or glancing the gloves or shoulder. Rounds where he landed about 4 punches they were saying he won the round. Shame shame. Cant people watch sport for sports sake without having to be biased? HBO was good, Merchant and Lampley were hilarious, Merchant was giving Gayevid a lot of sh*t. What do you expect from the Brits? They called Gayevid's effort "courageous"...lol
