His stock went up a little with the Trout win, but it was a close win for him and someone with more power and stamina might put a hurtin' on him. Had he dominated Trout his stock would have gone up more. He's got 40 some fights and most of them easy, soft touches.

I didnt really like Canelo because all the hype he brought from Mexico but I was really impressed in the Rhodes fight, you can tell he was improving and improving, watch the Baldomir fight and then watch the Rhodes fight. This kid is only getting better and better. by far the best prospect we have in boxing (like I said im european and usually support my own people bu I can see talent) He has the brains He has the class He has the skills He has the looks He has the natural talent and this guy actually has fans and can draw more people than FMJ and Manny put together. Well maybe Manny could do more in Pinoy land but Canelo can bring like 100k to a stadium in Messico. with 50m watching on TV. Someone else was saying that we were holding Canelo to higher standards than another guy, and I said that Canelo is being held to a high standard because of how much hype is surrounding him.
