To my knowledge, the last comment made about the future of a possible Pac/May fight is that Arum wants an organization besides the USADA to perform the random blood testing.
That is, he has agreed for Manny to take random blood tests, but it has to be an organization besides the USADA.
Now I don't necessarily agree with Arum that the USADA is biased, but this request shouldn't be a problem since Team Mayweather has previously agreed to allow any organization that is capable to administer the random blood tests.
With that said, check out what Richard Schaefer said, representing Team Mayweather, about random blood testing; it explains the title of this thread. Be sure to scroll down to the date of Decemeber 26, 2009, and read the comments made by Schaefer.

Why is this about schaefer and arum? Should be about pac and floyd, but for some reason we never hear from pac... And floyd has sang the same tune for quite some time now while arum flip flops as pacs moithpiece.
Last thing i remember hearing from pac was that its no problem, test even during the 6th round or whatever. Im sure you know the video im talking about. The one pac fans have been clinging to like the gospel for all this time.
If testing was no longer an issue why do we have arum stepping in and making it difficult.
In my opinion Floyd is justified either way. If he agrees or not.
Why is it that arum always has something that he knows will likely halt the fight? Ultimately i think arum is the problem. Not pac or floyd, not by a long shot.
The better question is...what was Arum's response when Richard proposed this?
What it was then does not matter. Let's stick to now.
Floyd wants random blood testing.
Arum agrees, but not with the USADA.
Floyd has previously agreed that another organization can do the USADA.
The ball would then be in Arum's court. Why not Floyd's camp agree to another organization doing the same tests?
Arum said he wanted WADA to do the testing because he doesn't trust USADA.
WADA stated that they don't do testing and that they use USADA.
Ball is back in Arum's court.
He's still yet to respond.
WADA doesn't use the USADA. The WADA sets standards for drug testing. The USADA meets the WADA's standards.
Can another organization meet the WADA standards? Sure. It's not rocket science.
Again, Mayweather's camp has said before that they would use any organization that does the random blood testing, so why not use one other than the USADA to make the fight?
dude. that statment was a YEAR ago from RICHARD SCHAEFER. arum insist on wada doing the drug test while wada has said that they don't do the actual testing but HIGHLY recommends USADA for both parties (arum hasn't said anything thus far)
digging something thats years old (that was said by schaefer) is beyond desperate.
I'll let your thread die now.......
peace.
You're an idiot who can't comprehend that I'm putting forth a way in which the fight can get done, or, at the least, it would put the ball in Arum's court.
By the way, Schaefer was representing Team Mayweather. Thus, Team Mayweather gave him the go-ahead to make such a statement.
Go to sleep.
the main point here is that team floyd agreed in principle to use a testing agency other than usada....
i am not yet aware of any statement from floyd contradicting the above...........
usada, i gather from previous threads/posts, also does not really do the testing...testing is done by other wada accredited labs........
usada or other agency...no problem...just let the fight happen
This is the point that I'm making. Thank you.
So you don't think anyone else can do the random blood testing; that is, an organization besides the USADA?
Schaefer, himself, representing Team Mayweather, suggested that a commision can do it. I'm sure it costs money, but that can be provided by both camps. After all, it's what Arum asked for, so why wouldn't his side put money in it?

WTF & arum also said that he wanted WADA TO DO THE TESTING lol. are u gonna listen to that to? arum was obviously chatting sh*t because wada screamed at him. (telling him that they didn't do the actual testing & usada would be the best org for the job) I simply think that team mayweather should continue to do what their doing. wada recommends USADA to both mayweather & pac for the drug testing.......
what left is there to understand?........
This is what you should understand.
If Mayweather camp insists on using USADA, and Bob insists another organization doing the random blood tests: the talks are again at a standstill.
If Bob insists another orgnaization does the random blood tests, and Mayweather camp says that's okay as they have said before: the ball is in Arum's court.
mind games meaning the harmless insults & petty boasting that he does to his oponents.
this isn't that at all.
this is SERIOUS.........he's serious about better drug testing in each & everyone of his bouts.......

mayweather isn't gonna do that. he's not that dumb. for him it isn't about mind games this time (so theres no bluff to call)
he's gonna use the best organization that wada recommends & unfortunately for arum thats USADA.
I hear you. Why do you think it was about mind games previously?

man just shut up and take the test
if wada is screaming that USADA is the best organization to perform these duties between pac and mayweather.........i have no idea what to tell u bro..........
I am not saying Arum is right. I already said that I disagree with him. What I am saying is to call his bluff. Use another organization that does the same thing, as Team Mayweather said they would do before.
WADA already called Arum's bluff; he's yet to reply. It's been more than 10 days.
How is that calling Arum's bluff? That's just saying that WADA doesn't do random blood testing.
Just tell Arum that you'll use a commision to do the random blood testing, as long as both parties puts in money for it. This is basically what Schaefer suggested-- in the link I provided-- when he represented Team Mayweather.
THANK YOU FOR THIS INFORMATIVE (a: Flomo b: Pactard) thread, your contribution is an asset to this forum and I look very much forward to your future posts.
Read my response to Dedication and you will see that I am not a "Pactard," nor a "Flomo." Also, you are an idiot.
WADA: "WADA IS NOT A TESTING AGENCY...USADA IS THE BODY WHICH WOULD BE THE BEST ONE TO USE"
http://www.fighthype.com/pages/content10309.html
I've seen nothing that suggests that the USADA is biased, but, if Arum doesn't want them, why not call his bluff?
I'm sure the USADA is not the ONLY org. in the world that can conduct random blood testing. I'm sure there is plenty of money involved in it.
