who cares how old it is??the point is roach said "drop the drug test and we'll drop the lawsuit" that's just a bunch of posturing by roach. i don't think he really has a say regarding the lawsuit.

A) This article is over a year old, kind of strange that you would catch feelings over this now :lol1: B) Freddie Roach doesn't have a law degree as far as I know, he has no knowledge/say/etc of Pacquiao's legal proceedings. The person who does, Daniel Petrocelli has made it crystal clear from day one that Manny is pursuing this case until justice is served. Even Koncz said the fight and the lawsuit are mutually exclusive.

Floyd is scared, Pac is too prideful to take the test demanded by the opponent instead of a commissioning body. It doesn't matter anyway, we have Mayweather-Ortiz and JMM-Pac to actually watch fantasy fighting is in another section of the site.

This has ALWAYS been Floyd's stance on the issue all along. But there's a new book on the Amazon.com's best seller list with all the reasons Team Pacquiao has refused to take a random blood test since 2009. yes, but if pac agrees with the ost, floyd should accept a testing agency other than usada..as a sort of give and take..... pro boxing is not really tied up to usada.... also usada has no jurisdiction outside u.s.a.

Iknow that these comments from Pac's camp are old, but PAc's camp from now on should just say no comment in regard to questions regarding the testing, and they will worry about that when the negotiations for the fight comes.

I really really hope that Manny isn't using anything, that really isn't what this sport needs right now. Last thing we need is to have a scandal like this around one of our superstars. believe me he is on something...

Nothing like riding a tired old house into the ground! Little does it distract from the fact that Mayweather did not want to fight Pacquiao even after Pacquaio gave in to testing. Why not create a bunch threads about Margarito and Cotto too? Mayweather avoided them as well!

And how would that work if Manny won't submit to the tests that are supposed to show if hes clean or not? Start rooting for the fight to happen instead of swinging from either mans left nut. It's embarrassing. Roger says he's 100% sure, I'm sure he would gladly hand the evidence over to Floyd. 8 weeks of testing prior to a fight in the future doesn't prove whether he was using PEDs when he was accused of it, now does it? And, I've given up about the fight happening.

It's funny how glove size, ring size, and weight penalties are negotiable but when it comes to extra testing we have to let the commissions do there job.
