well the corruption of congressman mr manny pacquiao continues..the ducking duck who's scared of a blood test..that dirty little cheater is a fraud :)
name calling and accusations you can not prove brings you nothing...if you have nothing...
if you really have something to give as proof, pbf camp will gladly welcome your inputs to enable them to submit a deposition in court.....
let us put floyd's and your accusation to the test.....in the courts
who cares how old it is??the point is roach said "drop the drug test and we'll drop the lawsuit"
that's just a bunch of posturing by roach. i don't think he really has a say regarding the lawsuit.
A) This article is over a year old, kind of strange that you would catch feelings over this now :lol1:
B) Freddie Roach doesn't have a law degree as far as I know, he has no knowledge/say/etc of Pacquiao's legal proceedings. The person who does, Daniel Petrocelli has made it crystal clear from day one that Manny is pursuing this case until justice is served. Even Koncz said the fight and the lawsuit are mutually exclusive.
Floyd is scared, Pac is too prideful to take the test demanded by the opponent instead of a commissioning body. It doesn't matter anyway, we have Mayweather-Ortiz and JMM-Pac to actually watch fantasy fighting is in another section of the site.

seriously?
its fighthype lol.
At issue is blood testing. Mayweather wants testing close to the fight as well as after, which became a deal-breaker for Pacquiao that has wiped out what could have been the biggest moneymaker of a fight in boxing history.
"We appeased Mayweather by agreeing to a urine analysis at any time and blood testing before the press conference and after the fight," Arum told the Press.
"Mayweather pressed for blood testing even up to the weigh-in. He knew that Manny gets freaked out when his blood gets taken and feels that it weakens him. This is just harassment and to me just signalled that he didn't want the fight."
In a statement on Wednesday, Arum said Pacquiao agreed to random urine tests at any time and blood tests at a pre-fight news conference in two weeks in New York, another 30 days before the fight and one after the planned March 13 bout.
"It's not about being tested," Arum said. "It's about who does the testing and the scheduling of the procedures. Manny will submit to as many random urine tests as requested."
What Pacquiao does not want to open himself up for are possible numerous random blood tests in the days before the fight, Arum said, indicating the US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) will not administer tests outside its own rules.
"USADA, under its guidelines, would have the right to administer random blood tests as many times as they want up to weigh-in day and that's ludicrous," Arum said.
Arum said any of the independent agencies that test US team sport leagues, which are not governed by WADA rules, could easily handle the tests as Pacquiao wishes and allow the fight to be staged.
"If Mayweather Promotions and Golden Boy Promotions are sincere in creating 'a level playing field' as they stated in their release, our recommendations should put their minds at ease," Arum said.
"If not, one has to wonder if their motives are more about levelling the fight."
Arum had sympathy for boxing fans who have been looking forward to seeing two of the sport's finest fighters meet in a fight expected to bring more than $US100 million ($A114.13 million) in revenue.
"Sure they will be disappointed, but they've got to understand what's up," Arum told the Press. "We're not going to keep appeasing this guy for no damn reason, especially over something that would affect, psychologically, my fighter.
"We're not going to be pushed around by this guy."
Mayweather Promotions chief executive Leonard Ellerbe made the demand for WADA-style testing on December 12.
"Manny Pacquiao doesn't know anything about drugs," Arum said. "This is just typical nastiness by wise guys like Ellerbe and Mayweather."
Arum said telecaster HBO tried in vain Tuesday to find agreement on the testing but to no avail.
"Forty years of fights in Las Vegas and nothing like this has ever come up," Arum said. "If you want more stringent testing, sure, as long as it doesn't inconvenience and psychologically affect Pacquiao, who cares?
"It's the blood testing close to the fight, while he's in training, that's unnecessary. And everybody who knows anything about drug testing will tell you it's unnecessary."
Possible next foes for Pacquiao, Arum said, include Mexico's Juan Manuel Marquez, American Paulie Malignaggi or unbeaten Israeli Yuri Foreman, the World Boxing Association super welterweight champion.
u know to go and google some more, floyd had actualy agreed to use a different agency at that point but team pac still refused
This has ALWAYS been Floyd's stance on the issue all along.
But there's a new book on the Amazon.com's best seller list with all the reasons Team Pacquiao has refused to take a random blood test since 2009.
yes, but if pac agrees with the ost, floyd should accept a testing agency other than usada..as a sort of give and take.....
pro boxing is not really tied up to usada....
also usada has no jurisdiction outside u.s.a.
Iknow that these comments from Pac's camp are old, but PAc's camp from now on should just say no comment in regard to questions regarding the testing, and they will worry about that when the negotiations for the fight comes.
this ts and his flomo friends are truly idiots.
why would floyd accept the offer if he has proof that pac is cheating?
if floyd accepts that just means pac is clean and this extra testing demand is unnecessary.
stop fooling people homies. pac is not roiding, period.
I really really hope that Manny isn't using anything, that really isn't what this sport needs right now. Last thing we need is to have a scandal like this around one of our superstars.
believe me he is on something...
Nothing like riding a tired old house into the ground! Little does it distract from the fact that Mayweather did not want to fight Pacquiao even after Pacquaio gave in to testing. Why not create a bunch threads about Margarito and Cotto too? Mayweather avoided them as well!
why is this such a huge damn issue??i just dont get it??if i didnt smoke weed you can test me for weed 24 hours a day..but if i did i'd wanna know when you were coming
And how would that work if Manny won't submit to the tests that are supposed to show if hes clean or not?
Start rooting for the fight to happen instead of swinging from either mans left nut. It's embarrassing.
Roger says he's 100% sure, I'm sure he would gladly hand the evidence over to Floyd.
8 weeks of testing prior to a fight in the future doesn't prove whether he was using PEDs when he was accused of it, now does it?
And, I've given up about the fight happening.
perhaps you got an old, already over ran by events clip.....
i think it will not be like pac dropping the case................
more like a public apology from floyd and out of court settlement; like odlh did...
i also believe both should go on the ost test to finally resolve the issue...
who does it should be agreed by both camps

It's funny how glove size, ring size, and weight penalties are negotiable but when it comes to extra testing we have to let the commissions do there job.
but it stems from before mosley - mayweather even happened. How is it relevant now?
Should i dig up a story from 2009 where floyd offered 14-days cutoff and call that relevant?
I wish both sides would stick to relevant topics. That would do the forum some good.
yea do that so we can show how manny refused and walked away from the fight and signed to fight clottey
