I will go with Canelo Alvarez. Listening to Roy Jones and the HBO crew last month I have to say he's probably the hardest puncher since Julian Jackson..
j/k
Anyways... I can't really think of one guy.
Here's a list of who are the hardest punchers imo...
Who would you pick as #1?
Wlad
Haye
Lebedev
Abraham
Pacquiao
Maidana
Rios
Juanma
Donaire
Segura
Choc Gonzalez
Am I missing anybody?
Its Arthur Abraham. Ive always been a big detractor of him, but that son of a ***** can punch. Its really the only reason hes gotten as far as he has.
honorable mentions to Bute, Donaire, and Wladimir.
There is no super bantam, and Pacquiao's straight left is the most powerful bantamweight punch I've ever seen.
And Pacquiao's whole style back then was to load everything into one shot, and then do it again, and then do it again. Just because Donaire caught montiel with a perfect shot doesn't mean he suddenly hits harder than pacquiao, who hits you with his entire soul.
and btw, Pacquiao has a 100% knockout rate at bantamweight
I know you talking 122 but I'll take Prince Naseem hamed as a harder puncher at 126 than Pacquiao any day. Sorry, just wanted to throw that out there.

SUDDENLY?!?! So that he knocked Darchinyan out with one punch means nothing?! Pactards...:nonono:
P4P I'd say Pacquiao
then rigondeaux
Donaire actually punches harder, Pac didn't punch so hard when he was a bantam/super bantam. His power was close to Nonito's but not quite the same. He usually needed to land several big punches while Donaire needs only one.
 Is that pun intended or just a typing error?:lol1: The hardest HE faced, but we're talkin about p4p hardest. Gamboa lays out people cold, Pac has only done that to Hatton...and a few insignificant others at 122 maybe.
it's intended..ive lost respect for mosley....im also talking about p4p...imagine all the big guys that shane fought being lesser punchers than pac....sh1t's crazy...
pac is the hardest puncher i have ever faced - shame mosley....

Yuriorkis.:boxing: Solis said he punches harder than Pacquiao and he has tasted Pac's power.

Pacquiao power against lightweight/junior welterweight will be too much for them. He almost killed Hatton in one punch and against big welterweights, he still managed to put down a few despite of 10-17 lbs weight differences.
Pacquiao no contest. People on here don't understand physics.
Its like how a 100 pound karate master can break 10 peices of wood and cinder blocks but a 220 guy cant even break one. Its about speed, velocity and putting your body into the punches.
Pac probably hits harder than the Klitchkos because the Klitchkos don't have the speed and velocity Pac has when he punches. And Margarito ended up coming into the ring around 170 and so did Clottey and both were fukked up against a guy that didn't weight more than 147 on fight night.
tell that to ricky hatton
you'll find him snoozing on a sheet of canvas in vegas somewhere
Ricky Hatton was more a victim of getting "caught" than anything else. I think the knockdowns before his eventual KO loss were more indicative of Pac's true power. Pac is a flash knockdown expert. I don't want you to get the wrong idea here... Pac has great power but his knock out victories are usually technical and a result of quantity of punches as opposed to someone like Arthur Abraham who we see lay them out with one punch like when he punched THROUGH an EXPECTING Jermain Taylor high guard and laid him into concussive status.
Or Donaire, Gamboa, Lopez, Bute
