Why was Victor Ortiz a good fight for Manny Pacquiao and not Floyd?

Honestly, I think Floyd just realized that he was getting older and that his metabolism isn't as fast as it used to be. I think he was genuinely surprised by how much weight he still had on him. Thats obviously just my opinion, but I am not so sure that it was because he was trying to "cheat". He drank 2 bottles of water at the final presser the day before the weighin. The dude wasnt surprised that he weighed 2lbs over. He didnt even try.

I been looking around on youtube on Bob Arum videos, particularly before Mayweather signed to fight Ortiz, and when Arum mentioned possible future fights for Manny and he mentioned, Ortiz, Bradley and others. Look at the comments on these videos, Victor Ortiz got good praises and it is seen as him being a GREAT fight for Manny, but for some reason he is a bum when it comes to fight Mayweather, why do you think this is?
