Infamous emails sent from Team Pacquiao to Team mayweather

This is not a court of law, and I doubt your a lawyer or an attorney. What conclusive information that you've seen or have read that indicates Pacquiao case is a slam dunk? well, it is easy to do a slam dunk when your guards gave way..one way or another.... pbf failing to submit a deposition is like a waiver....like losing by default gbp making amends is seen as giving way.... for pac to do a slam dunk

The fact that Manny has included the email in his defamation suit only shows that he is 100 percent positive that a. the email doesn't exist, or b. the email came from an unreliable source/fabricated He wouldn't have included it in his case otherwise. End of story.

How do you know I'm not? I actually do work in the court system and probably know more about legal proceedings than most. How was Mayweather trying to defame Pac? You can diss me all you want, but Bob knows the legal system better than he does boxing. He knows you don't file a BS lawsuit against the press. I don't care that Manny was suing. Its absolutely his right. My question was and is why not sue the people/institutions that really could defame you and hurt your career. Respectfully, Bob Arum knows the law. He knows what would happen if Manny sues ESPN or the Daily News. The Floyd lawsuit can be used as a negotiaitions ploy. Notice how Manny withdrew lawsuit against GBP and Schaffer and the JMM fight all comes together quite nicely. Sue ESPN and the Daily News and their 100 person legal team goes to work. No because I don't religiously waste my time looking for evidence to support or defend this argument. A quick Google of the issue, leads me to one video from Mayweather Sr, and a bunch of opinionated articles. I don't see the conclusive evidence you see. Rightfully so you don't, since it's the job of the legal team to gather evidence and i don't need to point it out to you since you don't have an interest to the case at all unless you're actually Floyd. :lol1: The only thing i can tell you though is that the Mayweather's family has such big mouths, no pun intended, and that's the curse of being an idiot! Any negotiaiting of a cutoff point raises flags. You have to admit that. Can you imagine if ARod or Jeter(1 clean, 1 dirty) asked to know when tests were? If you feel that way fine but that makes no sense. Floyd didn't win anything. He signed to fight and Manny didn't because there was a clause in the contract for PED testing for both fighters. If this didn't happen none of the other things would have occurred. Manny fans like you know this so they blame floyd for asking for PED testing because the fight woul've occurred if this wasn't in the contract. Floyd fans blame manny because there is no honest or valid reason to not have both fighters engage in PED testing.
