Serious question..If Pacquaio is clean then how come

.If Pacquaio is clean then how come he needs the 2 week cut off date? I'm just wondering..and no he didn't agree to random blood testing til the fight. I think the cloest it was 7 days..I am just curious why he needs 1 week or 2 weeks? it is somewhere on the last 2 weeks before a fight that training is at its more demanding state or peak....and tapers off one week b4 the bout

steroids and stuff like that is usually used weeks or months before the actual fight (how they test most athletes). that's partially why imo the 7day cutoff date isn't such a big deal.most drugs that one would take for the fight itself would surely be found at least after the fight. it's not a big chance radnom testing would be done a week before anyway. but it's a mystery why pac didn't want the test and why all the fuss. Your right that's why Mayweather retires he's on roids and HGH while he's hanging with his roid buddy Body guards. That's when he increase's his strengh he comes back strong and challenges a guy with test taking even though he's been doping during his retirement. Floyd was a scrawny 130 pounder at 25 years of age your peak testosterone years, yet he's more muscular at 34 when Testosterone level start decling unless your on something. Heck at 25 i built muscle so easy and at 34 i noticed a difference, but most Flomos are all under 25 and lack critical thinking skills and all have IQ's less than 80.
