So this boils down to, Pac has to take the test or no fight because FMJ SAYS SO. And FMJ agreed to WHAT? 8 oz. gloves? The standard to WW fights. 20 ft. ring? Another standard. To not go over 147 lbs or pay a big penalty? Clue; It is a fight in the WW division and somebody has a history of not honoring the agreed weight. It's called Olympic STYLE testing. It's a modified version of that program. Something is better than nothing. For the last time, OST is USADA's testing regimen (and other organizations regimens based upon WADA's guidelines) and it's year round. This is FMST (Floyd Mayweather Style Testing). And yes, it is better then NSAC's regimen, but far from as effective as OST. USADA's testing program, also referred to as Olympic-style drug testing.

Standard is 10 oz in Nevada. Wrong. Read the exact wordings. In WW fights they have the option to use 8 or 10 oz. gloves. 10 oz. is the fall back only if they can not have an agreement.
