4 miles with that 50 lb chain around your arms? There's hard training and than there's garbage like this that is way over the top. You camt go a gym on a regular basis doing this kind of stuff all the time. If you don't burn out physically you'll definitely burn out mentally. Wolfe has lost her damn mind.
