There is some of it on the internet and it has an enormous amount of views. So why doesent Tyson release all of his sparring footage of himself in the eighties when he was at his best for say 50 dollars per dvd . He could have vol 1 , vol 2, vol 3 etc . He could make a lot of money. I am sure he has hundreds of hours of him sparrring on tape from 85 to 88.
Mike probably doesn't have all the footage of his earlier days...
Or maybe he hasn't had the idea of putting it out there...
He should put it out . He would make a lot of money.
Often fighters, especially at the begining of training camp, look terrible. Other times they don't look so good as they are trying new things and styles. That is why many sparring sessions are closed and it might be why Tyson doesn't want them released. But also someone else may own the rights to the videos of the sessions.
