I don't know if you blame that on the trainers or what it's not like Guerrero hasn't fought decent opponents before he fought Ishe Smith who is a talented fighter, he just looked flat or weak from the opening bell. Brewer aint no punk either he gave Erislandy Lara a lot of problems too not long ago
Well Molina gave Lara hell too.
Ouch by Grady Brewer, a 40 year old with 12 losses, 7 by KO. Not good.
I mean it's not like losing to Glen Johnson or Bernard Hopkins...this is a really bad loss.
well that's true he didn't look prepared, so if that's the case that falls on his trainers. In his post fight interview he said he overlooked Brewer and got accustomed to walking down his sparring partners, etc., so that's on him as well. I liked his attitude though, saying he's now a true fighter (now that he's lost) and seemed really positive. Hopefully he'll be back because he seems like a solid guy and a good fighter.
Yea he sounds like a hard worker after hearing his interview,I think he'll be back and more prepared..Confident but not with so much hot air up his azz,he'll be ight..
If Ray Charles followed Guerrero's career they would've seen this coming. His defense when coming forward is below average and while he's good in some areas, he's outstanding in none. At times I saw the potential but I think it was his last fight his ceiling wasn't that high. You could see it early on in this bout although the end was sort of strange. Ahh well, it was inevitable.

I dig that Guerrero is a good fighter, and he might have been weak from the weight..But he really look like he did not have much fight in him from the start..He just did not look prepared,oh and shot outs to Ishe good fighter,a solid fighter..
He was a k.o waiting to happen and u know it dummbass.
Some people need to chill out lol
It's not that serious, he'll return back to 160 and look as strong as he usually did, a lost isn't so bad.
Who's training these young fighters??It seems that most of umm don't even know what they are getting them self's into..It's cool to be confident but a lot of these guy's seem as if they believe it's gonna be a cake walk in there..IMO I blame the attitude of these fighters, and maybe even some of these trainers..
