This is funny. No one complained about Marg being too big for Pac. I guess Margarito wouldn't have gotten any credit from some of you if he won that fight. Flomos would say that it doesn't matter that Marg is bigger, Marg's style was tailor made for Pac! Well... doesn't JMM have Pac's number according to some of you? Doesn't JMM have Pac all figured out? Isn't Pacquaio the same fighter he was when he fought JMM for the second time? Styles don't matter either for some of you I guess. If you're not giving credit for Pac beating bigger guys than I guess you wouldn't give any credit to Marquez for beating the bigger Pacquiao because Pac's style is tailor made for him. I'll only give him credit if the fight is competitive. If it's one-sided then like most people, I'll be sceptical about JMM's ability at higher weights.

I'd give Pac a little credit just based on beating a helluva fighter like Marquez, but this wouldn't be one of his best wins at this point. At Welterweight, Marquez is too little, and this fight is a little too late. This isn't 2008/2009 at 135.

I go by what they weigh in the ring when it matters, at most he will be 3-4lbs heavier. Pac is still a LW who is overachieving. then why not fight him at lighweight ?

not at this weight,pac is full grown into the WW division..this fight is just to fool pacfarts and to make some quick cash for both fighters.

I won't give him any credit whatsoever. It's a HUGE mismatch. Marquez is no where near the fighter he was at 135. And also Pac could of made it a little more interesting by having the fight at 140 but no he wants to have another catchweight at 144 when he knows he can make 140. At least Mayweather told everyone that his match with Marquez was a warm up fight. Pac and his team are acting like this is some kind of competitive fight. He's gonna give Marquez a brutal beating.

He keeps barely beating the odds against him but I think this time, age is going to catch up with him. The fight was good a few years ago. Its too late now. I do have a belief though, I dont think the shadier sides of Mexico want him to lose. Not one bit. Since there is no requirement at all for OST, I think JMM may juice. It may be his last shot, I dont think he wants to go out losing and I think that lots of shady types dont want to see that either.
