Even Tim Bradley dont want none....RECOGNISE BIATCHEZ!!
:bottle::bottle::bottle:
Yeah, Maidana is a cherry-picker, no doubt about that. He will probably fight Vivian Harris or someone like that next.
Rhodes KO7 Alvarez
hes fighting guerrero next
BREAKING NEWS: Amateur fights matter in the professional ranks. A source close to the situation was quoted as saying, "I know it doesn't make sense, but........ **** it."
More on this story as it develops.

I can't wait till they fight! Its gonna be good but I think Ortiz is just on whole different level now.:boxing:
I agree with the other two, Maidana is decent and Bradley is trash.
Khan tried to fight Morales. That's not a good thing. Yeah, Maidana is a cherry-picker, no doubt about that. He will probably fight Vivian Harris or someone like that next.
Rhodes KO7 Alvarez
Yeah, i think Rhodes has got this one in the bag too. I don't think a 20-year-old can handle his power.
Khan tried to fight Bradley first. Judah was the second best opponent after that. Guerrero and Morales were back up options.
The Bradley fight fell through, so Judah it was. Morales may have been approached, but he was never going to be their first choice
you bringing old sh1t in? WHat about Ortiz quitting against the guy Khan dominated?
Dominated or wobbled to victory? They can thank the new inducted to the HOF Cortez for his assistance.
Khan gets KOed by Prescott again

Then you post a non boxing pic of a shirtless Khan???
WTF is wrong with some of you so called male boxing fans? Have you no dignity? Or are you unapologettically gay?
Khan won't fight Maidana, but just tried to fight a guy who Maidana just beat. Shameful.
There's so much wrong with this post lol
- Khan just fought and beat Maidana
- I didn't know Maidana beat bradley?
- If you're referring to Morales, Maidana cherry-picked him and got embarrased by a washed up featherweight...
Nevermind that though, how do you see Rhodes-Alvarez going?
Leave my thread bro.
Maidana was up against 2 men that night. I forgot who reffed the fight, I think it was Joe Cortez. He was holding back Maidana every chance he could get.
Some people take that 'Maidana was up against 2 men' thing too far. Breaking them up gave Maidana more room to punch. If Cortez hadn't you'd accuse him of bias for letting Khan hold...
As a big Khan fan, i'll tell you Ortiz is the worst match up from 140-147 apart from Pac/May obviously.
Not saying Amir can't win, but i wouldn't be surprised if Ortiz's combination of quick feet, good skills and good power forced Khan to open up more, and i can see Ortiz doing some major damage if he gets through.
They are destined to meet some time down the line. I sense GBP are waiting for the right moment :boxing:
Cause Khan is a glass chinned Indian.
Maidana gave Khan trouble, there wasn't a blowout. Khan was backpeddeling since the third round of that fight and needed the ref to help him in the fight.
Khan is good, but not that good. He would be easy work for Vic Ortiz.
You will cry blood if they ever met in the ring at this stage.
You're a retard for that one.
According to your analogy, watson could do this to Khan again because he did so in the amateurs?
Maybe he could, but khan went on to win that by stoppage :lol1:
While Peterson made that fight close in the later rounds, Ortiz won that fight and I'm sure many people would agree with me. I think Ortiz's stamina and the stupid judges at ringside played an important factor in the so called draw that night. Could Khan keep holding Ortiz off of him for the entire fight at 147 pounds? Ortiz walked through the majority of Berto's shots, and considering Khans power is overrated as S$*# id feel he'd do the same with Khan. Theres a big difference surviving against Maidana then Victor Ortiz. Ortiz has the skills and not to mention 1 punch power to put you away. Maidana only has his power.
Ortiz put Peterson on his ass twice, and still couldn't get the W.
Peterson was countering him at will and with ease. Khan has faster hands, sharper, snappier combo's and better footwork.
One of the reasons Ortiz looked so good against Berto was because Berto completely neglected his jab. Amir has one of the best jabs in the sport, and uses it as a real weapon, unlike say Alexander who just paws it out there looking to get into range to throw bigger shots.
Amir will be throwing it to the body, keeping Vic off balance, and burying it into his face aswell, therefore setting up fast, accurate combo's to the body and head.
I think Amir is similar to Floyd in where he punches harder than you think. He won't one punch KO people but he'll get their respect and Ortiz isn't known for having the greatest defence, which makes him exciting, who wouldn't want to watch a boxer/puncher without the greatest defence?
I've said it before, Amir doesn't seem to have a problem with technical fighters who throw straight shots, it's the looping wide hooks and overhand punches he seems to struggle with, and Ortiz is more technical than people give him credit for. Just because he's built like an ox people automatically label him a slugger/brawler, when the truth is he's a VERY good boxer.
Speed will be the defining factor in this fight IMO. We saw what Peterson was able to do to Ortiz, and his handspeed isn't on Amir's level.
I don't want to take anything away from Vic's win over Berto, but Berto was so overrated it wasn't even funny. His two best wins are Quintana and Urango (I don't count Collazo as i thought Collazo was robbed). He couldn't stop Urango, who Alexander stretched with one punch at 140. Saying all that I was delighted for Ortiz all the same. And will be hoping he can beat Floyd although highly unlikely.
He couldnt even destroy a homeless bum n-bomb in Lamont Peterson, how will he destroy a supreme boxer/Puncher like khan?
Khan outclasses him in every department, even power..yeah i said it.....
When you say Ortiz would get bodied like he supposedly did in the amateurs against Khan, is the same as saying Pacquiao would get owned by body shots as easily as he once was. Come on son.
Khan is going to stay at 140lbs. and avoid Ortiz like the plague. Too fast and powerful for him, period. Look who he's fighting now.
At least khan got back up!!
:bottle:
Ok,lets rethink our stance. The Punisher got ko'd by Martinez. No less than the second best fighter in boxing correct??But Khan was ko'd by a mediocre fighter named Prescott, now really, which is worse??I'm not the 1 running around touting greatness atm,U are.
Ortiz's kryptonite is anybody with decent speed of both hand and foot and is decent at counterpunching.
See Lamont Peterson.
Khan is on a different level to Lamont Peterson.
Khan UD over Ortiz.
