I think Victor would of had a tough night but I don't think Margo would have won. Victor has enough stamina and skill to make Margo look as bad as Cotto made him look before he was stopped. difference here is i think Victor would survive with more rounds under his belt.

No he hasn't done anything post plaster... that's the real problem. Oh come on guys, give Tony a chance, I always think Tony put on the plaster just for the Mosley fight just to compensate for him not losing his weight the right way and was dehydrated in the process.. And after that lose, he was forced to take a 1 year or so vacation, then fought just 1 tune up before fighting an elite fighter in Manny the next year, Tony was not given a chance to loosen up first before fighting Manny so how can he look great with that....

Of course it has to do with version. Styles don't mean anything if one guy is prime while the other is done. And, Ortiz now beats Marg now or that version that fought Pac. However, a prime Marg would ruin Ortiz. Any version of Ortiz. How is margarito done when he almost dropped Pac and inflicted the most damaged to Pac since the marquez fight? I think he landed 200+ shots on Pac.

Say what you say about Tony, but there are certain fighters that can withstand pressure fighters and there are fighters that cannot, and Victor doesn't have the right composure for a superior pressure fighters such as Tony... Maidana made him quit, imagine what Tony will do to him... Margarito still fights the same way as when he fought and KO'd bigger guys such as Sergio Martinez and Cintron...

The Margarito that fought Pac was not the same Margarito the beat Cotto. The Margarito that beat Cotto would beat Pac IMO. I also would love to see a mosley/Margarito rematch, this time with a ref that doesnt allow an average of 8 clinches a round. Even if Margarito loses, itd be entertaining.

If Ortiz fought Marg, would Marg be considered better competition than Berto? I honestly don't get why people say Cotto-Margarito would be a close 50-50 fight but then go on to say that Ortiz would beat Margarito. I have Cotto beating Ortiz if they ever met, and that's cuz Cotto hits as hard as Maidana only about twice as accurate as both him and Berto put together. Cotto also has better straight up boxing skills than Ortiz IMO.

Worst possible style for Vic Miadana is 1/10 th as relentless as Marg and also half his size. And Vic got completely discouraged after knocking him down 3 times Hit the nail on the head, marg at 150 or w/e he fought pac at. Would stalk and smash ortiz , by the 10th round.
