As the biggest Haye fan on this forum for the past couple of years, and one of the first people who said Haye would KO Wlad, I thought I would get the ball rolling with the official bandwagon thread...
roll up roll up, all Haye fans aboard please.....
Sometimes a guy just comes along that is all wrong for you, and I believe that is the case in this one. Since Haye moved up to heavyweight I knew he had the capability and could envisage how he would win this fight. It doesn't mean it will happen as heavyweight boxing (good level heavyweight fights) can change on a dime, especially with the type of power both guys will be bringing on July 2. But I am confident that Haye will land clean at some stage early in the fight, and I can't see wlad surviving if he starts to go.
I think it will be a cautious beginning, and expect a lot of movement and feinting from Haye in the first couple of rounds, both guys wait for openings so it could be very cagey early on, I think wlad's best chance of winning is landing the big right asap, as long as Haye is in there he is extremely dangerous, my prediction is Wlad's fragile chin, and lack of defensive instincts when he's hurt, coupled with Haye's speed and power = Haye tko rds 3-5.
