It has really fallen off.
Now we have:
Pacquiao, Ortiz, Mosley (done), Berto, Mike Jones, Alfonso Gomez, Zaveck, Ouali, Senchenko, Kell Brook, and a past prime Malignaggi.
I have confidence that the division will get better once guys like Khan move up from 140, but right now, it's really not that good.

funny how floyd only fought 2 of them, while the others in the top5 had a mini round robin amongst themselves.
no it not but like you said the 140lbers are gonna move up. No one seems to be head and shoulders above the rest, that should make for some great matchups and rematches for years to come.
