Its an accusation that places the burden of proof on the accused. PED is a pretty loose term, look at some of the weight loss, fat burners, natural test boosters, etc you can buy, most have labels that state "hey if you get tested for PEDs this might not be the best thing to take" or that it could provide a "false positive". Most of these dumbasses dont even realize that you cant just take a "PED" and be a badass, you still have to work hard or harder than everyone else because some of the side effects can be pretty bad. ANyone notice that the NFL has caught guys by testing for the ancillary drugs or drugs guys take post cycle? Some of these PEDs can be out of a guys system in 24-48 hours, some are detectable by blood test for up to 2 years. Since Floyd has been so staunch about throwing accusations at Pac i think everytime Floyd brings OST up Pac should demand Floyd be tested for jenkem. There is a way to solve this problem, universal random testing in every major sport. It will assure fans are not ripped off anymore. In boxing the tests will be random and before and after the fight.
