Last minute opinions and thoughts.
Fight is due to start @ 21:00 GMT.
I'm not gonna state mine, you all know.
I can't be here for the Round by Round discussion because I'm going to the fight,so I'm posting this now, and I'd like to be able to read people views tomorrow.
How likely do you think it is that there will be a good stream for this fight?
I live in Manchester halls with no t.v and don't know of anywhere showing the fight.
I think it is very likely man. Just stay around.

I'm in the pub, overlooking the Thames. About to have a steak lunch, in the sun. The. Going to make my way slowly to the O2.
I'd be there myself only I'm back home in Ireland for a bit. Do you live near Greenwich? Always wondered what times the trains stop coming back.

Have a good time mate. Was going to go to this one myself, but had a feeling that there would be withdrawals on the main card, so it wasn't worth the expense of travelling, hotels, and what not. Still, DeGale vs Groves would have been amazing live.
I really hope this is the last fight of the night.. not Cleverly battering some overmatched opponent (not his fault) though guys facing him seem to have a habit of pulling out :lol1:
I thought Degale had this easy.. but i am starting to think a little different.. Smith is a lot smaller then Groves.. doesn't punch as hard isn't as big etc probably could be better at MW. Groves is a full blown SMW and has better skills imo.. I see it being close early on and eventually Degale superior skills pull him through..
Looking forward to this though..
Bit gutted Clev/Bellew got called off after that presser though LOL "YA FUKKIN RAT"
Paul Smith IS a middleweight, he had moved up, and I did hear that he was moving back down but it seems he is fighting at 168 tonight........
TS, you should put on your opening post, what time this fight starts because on gonna start asking for time and links, just a suggestion.

NATHAN CLEVERLY V JURGEN BRAHMER
This is obviously before Braehmer pulled out, so not sure which fight is going to be last of the evening, If Clev is still last then these times still apply.
It will be competetive for the first few rounds. DeGale's superior technique will take over and Groves will be hitting fresh air.
DeGale's sneaky short left hook and fast uppercuts will start taking their toll on Groves, who's face will be a mess.
DeGale WIDE UD, with the outside chance of a late TKO
That's pretty much how I see it going.

Degale is way overrated at this moment in time, but he is on another level to Groves. I am a fan of George Groves and have seen a lot of his fights so I am not just jumping on anybodies badwagon. He has a lot of heart and determination to win but can he sustain that for the entire fight?
Degale is a good fighter but he has not done anything yet as far as I am concerned. He will get brutally beaten by Froch or any of the other top SMW out right now so all this talk about him being a world champion within a year is totally absurd.
I want Groves to win by UD or whatever but he seems to have already lost the fight.
All that I know is that these two fighters are setting a great advert for the sport by putting their young careers on the line and so who ever wins I hope its a great fight.
