Margarito got his comeuppance. Cotto hoped pac would take revenge for him, and Pac did just that. Margarito was too brave for his own good.

I say let him fight Cotto with one eye, it makes up for his using loaded gloves last time. I have no sympathy for this piece of sh*t, he's been boxing for 10-15 years of his life don't tell me he "didn't know" there was anything in those gloves. In every sport/job or just about anything you do in life for that long you simply are going to know certain aspects by feel. Whether it be a baseball bat, you'll know instantly even if it is an ounce or inch off in weight/size. Anyone whose actually had their hands wrapped correctly would tell you a 2x2x2 cast piece in your wraps is not something you simply don't feel is there. As for IF he did use, just watch the fight again and never take your eyes off Margarito's gloves. Not once does he ever open his hand while its in the glove, now go look at any other of his fights he does it within the first three rounds just as all fighters do. It simply gives you a chance to open up and relax your fingers a quick stretch if you will, he doesn't because he can't its that simple.

Damn this sucks i was hoping we would have a Cotto Margarito rematch.

I know there will be many people dancing in the streets over this news, due to the loaded gloves issue. I find it difficult to be happy about another man being seriously injured like this. This has ramifications that go beyond boxing. Now I suppose it boils down to whether or not you believe he KNEW that he was fighting with loaded gloves against Cotto (if he was in fact fighting with loaded gloves against Cotto). Once Brother Naazim found them prior to the Shane fight, many assume he had them during the Cotto fight. I don't know though. Call me naive but I find it much more logical that his trainer did that without Marg's knowledge. There was never really any proof that Margs knew about it, aside from circumstantial evidence and a lot of presumptions. If he KNOWINGLY did it, then it becomes a bit of a karma moment, as Cotto could have been seriously injured. If he was an unfortunate unknowing participant at the hands of his former trainer, then.... I dunno. I just don't feel any happiness at this news.
