Trainers like Nazeem, Roach, even Roger, get one good fighter, and all of a sudden they think they are the best trainers that ever lived. Nazeem is lucky to have Hopkins, or else he would be irrelevant. With Mosley's win over Margarito, and Hopkins win over Pavlik, people thought Nazeem was some god. Roach is a better matchmaker than a trainer. With a perfect prediction of DLH, being old, shot, can't pull the trigger, and will be weight drained at 147 because he hadn't make it in 10 years. Roach was right with all of that but no one believed him. People already thought he was a psychic because of that, but to top it off, he predicted a 2nd round KO of Ricky Hatton. And the rest is history. Khan looked average against the average McCloskey. Roach keeps winning these random awards because of one fighter, and we all know who it is. Roger Mayweather only has one really good fighter and that is Floyd Mayweather Jr, who learned mostly everything from his father as well as just basically having it in his genes to be a boxer. In conclusion, trainers get too much credit based off of their chemistry with just one fighter, instead of just the fighter getting the credit like he's just that good and it was his ability to improve that made the coach look so good. Because he was talking sht about Marquez who beat pacquiao twice. not even that, it's just how can a fighter laugh at another professional fighter who gives it his all? pactards can call him pissdrinker, whatever, they're manny's fans...but to watch a "respected" trainer and future HOFer laugh at another future HOFer for getting dropped and rocked a couple of times, it just shows who they really are. if it was any other fighter, miguel cotto, gets dropped by pac, but gives it his all the entire fight? how can you fault him for that? and on top of it shane looks like absolute **** in his fight against manny.
