HBO can't do a piece on the guy without mentioning his faith and you can't come across an internet post or YT clip without someone commenting on his faith. But that's not the case with other Muslims like for Bernard Hopkins, Nazim Richardson, Zahir Raheem, Chris Eubank, the Ibramigov bros, Omar Sheika,Felix Sturm, even Tyson and Ali who are the most famous boxers alive today. Same with Nas before. Do Khan and Nas have terrorist ties or something that the other guys don't? Or is is more due to race than religion?
It might be because his family is from Pakistan which is where Bin ladin has been hiding out all these years and he is/was the most famous muslim in the world. Its only natural to connect the two.

what do you have against muslims?
How come you never bring that up when on topics related to Hopkins, Richardson, Tyson, Ali or Rahman. Does your redneck patriotism ***** out when it comes to Black Muslims? It's like don't have the nuts to call out blacks so you resort to attacking smaller less numerous minorities like Asians and Arabs. Even though half of American Muslims are Afro-American.
And how do Khan and Hamed "look" like Muslims. Neither of them have beards, all they have is brown skin which is pretty much the same as all the Hispanic fighters.
Funny, nice try but I hate "rednecks". I am stating a fact...the guys that plotted the crashing of planes into an American landmark happened to be of Muslim/Islamic faith. That small portion of individuals does not represent all those of the Islamic belief, I know and respect plenty of Muslims that I went to school with. What I stated was the truth...and merely a probable cause as to why the MEDIA keeps mentioning it.
I have no real reason as to why they seem to bring it up more with Khan...his skin color perhaps has something to do with it but I don't know this for sure. A lot of that media stuff is just for drama..and considering drama sells and this is America and the other guys you mentioned are past their primes and no longer MARKETABLE as stars, they perhaps chose to focus on Khan because drama surrounding him will cause his future fights to sell more...that "redneck" logic work for you?
You might want to be careful with your words there......
What happened happened...not saying that all Muslims think alike. It just so happened that the faith of the individuals that chose to fly a plane into those particular buildings were of the Islamic faith.
Because this is America........9-11 was no joke. Just saying....when someone flies planes into an American landmark and kills a ton of people on the basis of their faith, that faith is gonna be cast in a not so pleasant light. Just the truth....otherwise, no one would care about what he believes nor mention it.

I'm not sure if Ali brought it up in interviews or if HBO ever did segments on Tyson that mentioned his faith, but Khan seems like he wants people to know about his beliefs, hence why they constantly talk about him being a Muslim. I don't think it's a coincidence that they show clips of him praying in a mosque before the McCloskey fight or mention how he was fasting during Ramadan (Which was when the Prescott fight took place).

Tyson and Ali are always labeled has muslims in almost every article you read, especially Ali, plus the other fighters didn't mention it as much as Khan does.
