First off IF Bradley continues to duck Khan and not agree to the fight in July 23rd date :
The Television network HBO and the sanctioning bodies WBC and WBO have a variety of options, depending on how deeply involved they want to get. Least ambitious would be simply to wait out Timothy Bradley -which should not take too long, for Bradley will have no fights until after July 23rd, The agreement he has with HBO clearly states that his July fight must be one of four opponents Alexander rematch, Maidana, Berto or Khan. Since Berto just lost, Alexander rematch has no interest whatsoever given the farce that it was, Maidana has other plans with GBP there no is other choice but Khan. If HBO waits out, Bradley sits out and wont be fighting until the next date is confirmed. Less fights for Bradley means less money, less training camps and more ring rust for Bradley.
Most ambitious for HBO the WBC and WBC would be to undertake direct action by forcefully stripping Timothy Bradley of all his titles and HBO not airing any more of his fights and send Bradley back to Showtime. In between these extremes, HBO could reduce the purse size of Bradley fights in the future. More ambitiously, HBO could pressure other boxing sanctioning bodies to not only strip Bradley of his titles but also remove Bradley from their rankings, The WBO/WBC could in turn induce HBO to limit the number of Bradley fights; and get the Bradley to focus on agreeing to fight Khan. Or HBO and WBO/WBO it could impose financial penalties by the sanctioning bodies by massively increasing their sanctioning fees for Bradley and HBO reducing the amount is willing to pay for his fights massively, a promising tactic given Bradley's dire financial situation.
In no uncertain terms Bradley must be severely punished if he refuses to fight Khan, It is the fight that HBO wants, Its the fight the fans have always wanted, The ball if firmly in Bradleys court. Bradley must be told in no uncertain terms that the days of HBO dole outs and hand outs have ended for Bradley, Its not time for Bradley to match in the ring what he has been saying out of the ring about being number 1 in the division.
You guys are dumb. Timothy has a belt, so he's forced to fight his mandatory and number 1 contenders. They can't strip him for not fighting another blet holder.
Why don't they strip Pacquiao for not trying to unify his belt?
Why don't they strip Marquez for unifying his?
The champion should only be stripped if he ducks his mandatory, not for ducking a unification
Cant believe this hypejob is going to duck Khan and that some people are going to defend him, If it was Khan that ducked Bradley we would never hear the end of it.
I really want to see Khan smash Bradley and blow him away and expose him for the hypejob that Bradley really is.
Right, just as Khan has ducked Prescott...:boxing:
Bradley: "I can't fight Khan at the moment, too many things going on"
Two weeks later..
Bradley: "But.. hey i'll fight Morales next week"
What a joker, this guy should be stripped and kicked of HBO asap in the larger interests of boxing!
HBO were calling him out last night, it was pretty great.
Yeah props to Max Kellerman, I think Khan is number 1 in the division now, Bradley must fight Khan to reclaim it. But we all know Bradley going to be blown away and exposed.

Wow, there's absolutely no bias in this post - so it must be true! lol
You're right. Bring on Khan vs McCloskey II and let Khan make another 1 million plus AGAIN (plus a raise) to do it!!! YaY!
By the way, has anyone actually even heard whether Bradley has flat out refused to fight Khan in THIS negotiation? Are negotiations completely over? Or is he trying to hold out for more money, essentially N-E-G-O-T-I-A-T-I-N-G??? You're right - lets lynch him.... :crucified. The double standards go both ways folks.
Bradley didnt want to fight Khan, Too risky, He wants to do a Mayweather and duck and protect his 0.
If this fight is canceled due to Bradley pricing himself out, that would just be ridiculous.
What has Bradley done to deserve more money than he's getting against Khan?
I know he earned the same amount in his previous outing against Alexander, but the fight got terrible ratings and half of the live crowd only showed up because the tickets were given away.
I'm not hating on Bradley for pursuing as much money as possible, but he has to be realistic and should feel lucky to get that much money considering his last fight was an all-around stinker. The Alexander fight proved nothing other than Alexander is still green and Bradley not a draw at all.

Exactly!
They said in no uncertain terms that if Khan did not fight Maidana then no more HBO for Khan. Similarly the same approach MUST be taken to force Bradley into fighting Khan. HBO must use more stick and less carrot with Bradley to get this fight made.
I think HBO, WBO/WBC must put pressure and make Bradleys life unbearable if he refuses to fight, My fear is that Bradley continuing to duck Khan sets a bad precedent for other champions out there to duck others.
There can not be double standards on the part of HBO, Stand up and make good fights the public wants or get the hell out of the way!

Bradley said this when asked about fighting Khan, earler this year.
“No, I ain’t waiting on no man. You know what I’m saying. I’m the number one guy at 140 pounds. Amir Khan, he got to wait on me. I ain’t waiting on Amir Khan.”
That doesn’t sound to me like a guy that wants to face Khan, I think it was apparent even then Bradley didn’t really want the fight. Now with him turning down the 1.2million to fight lesser opponents for less money makes it even more obvious.
To be honest, I don't care anymore. If Bradley doesn't fight Khan, he becomes somewhat irrelevant. Only boxing fans lose out in this equation.
Contracts have been traded, and everything is ready. The only piece of the puzzle missing is Bradley's signature. If he truly believed he could beat Khan he would sign today. However, I don't think he is as confident as he makes out, and realises that Khan is a different beast compared to the guys he has been fighting.
When it comes down to it, Bradley is no better than all the other guys who make money their sole focus; this includes Khan. But at least Khan talks the talk, and walks the walk. He said he would beat Maidana and then challenge Bradley for the 140 championship, and he did that. Bradley said he would beat Alexander, and then fight Khan. He has only completed half of his stated aims.
The sad thing is, fans are now defending Bradley for pulling the same moves that Khan used to be harshly criticised for. It's highly hypocritical, and even embarrassing.
The bottom line is, Bradley is side-stepping Khan for money, there is no twisting or concealing this fact. I don't even blame him for doing so as every man has the right to earn his keep. At the same time, I wish the hypocrites would judge in equal measure and stop blaming Khan for a situation that is obviously not of his doing.
If this fight doesn't happen, it rests on Bradley's shoulders, not Khan's.
Finally someone talking sense here! I dont know why people get so emotional all we the boxing fans want to see is good fights, The patience of boxing fans is running out and its killing boxing because people are not fighting each other.

bradley must be mayweathers brother because he's acting just like him...
he refuses over a million, not to mention he gets t obecome undisputed champion and then has a chance for the real big money fights for pacman...
maybe its a yank thing but the guy is either lacks brain cells or knows he will lose and just trying to max out with one really big payday....
You're a good poster mate but just dropped in stock for me with that. You complain about people labelling Bradley a ducker and then say the same thing about Khan. Don't lower yourself to the level of some guys on here. And you're seriously taking this whole thing to heart way too much.
They're opinions on Khan wont change just as yours won't change on Bradley. Constantly going back and forth on this matter repeating the same stuff over and over again is just stupid (this includes Khan fans too). It's pointless.
Let's just hope the fight gets made and that's it. If it doesn't then it doesn't.
Your right bro,got caught up in all the B.S.and Hardboil racist azz is the biggest :lame:..But ya right..Done with the Bradley Khan subject for awhile..
In reality Khan ducked Peterson to fight Paul whatever his name is..Peterson priced himself out(sound familiar??):lame:..Campbell is far more accomplished then Khan and was coming off a big victory so how was he shot again:lame:??Holt is more accomplished then Maidana he was a champion and could box which means he was not as limited as Maidana..The same goes for Abregu(who khan would never fight in his life)guys who could box but are punchers Khan will never get in with..Umm tbh since Khan was KO'd can you name me one boxer puncher he was in with??Witter a gate keeper??At the time when Bradey fought him he was the num 1 WW in the Div and was being Ducked by Hatton..Bradley went to Witter backyard and took the belt..Ya whole post is a fail and a bit:lame:...
But answer that question tho..When has Khan fought a boxer puncher since being KO'd..:Thinkingo
