I already have a good idea of what the poll results will be, but I honestly don't know. I think Pac would struggle with guys like Corrales, Castillo, and De La Hoya at 154lbs. at the time Floyd fought them.
you dont know sht, fuk off!
Personally fights with Castillo would be dangerous... and a fight with Corrales would be extremely difficult as well.
Pacquiao did lose to Morales at super-featherweight. Don't be fooled, Pacquiao got rocked by way lesser opposition and lost a close fight with Morales in their first bout.
Quality of Opposition between Manny and floyd.
Their Rank before the fight.
Manny Pacquiao
--2003 P4P No. 3 Barrera
--2004 P4P No. 4 Marquez
--2004 P4P No. 8 Erik Morales
--2006 P4P No. 6 Erik Morales
--2006 P4P No. 6 Barrera
--2007 P4P No. 3 Marquez
--2008 P4P No. 10 Hatton
--2008 P4P No. 8 Cotto
--2010 P4P No. 4 Marquez
--2011 P4P No. 8 Bradley
--2011 P4P No. 5 Marquez
--2014 P4P No. 3 Bradley
Floyd Mayweather Jr.
--2007 P4P No. 8 Ricky Hatton
--2009 P4P No. 5 Juan Manuel Marquez (went up in 3 weight classes, floyd also penalized overweight)
--2013 P4P No. 9 Saul Alvarez
You can add 1 or 2 P4P fights for floyd but the fact remains floyd doesn't even have half the fight what Manny has.

This post summarize it all!
If we are talking about a young pac moving up, I would say hell no! Not hating on pac but the fact remains that he had lost to lesser opposition in the Philippines. Pac has gotten better because of his loses in the ring but let's not be delusional and act as if he looked like superman in the beginning of his reign. He wasn't but because of his loses he has learned more and has become a more effective boxer.

The answer is no as Manny got KTFO by JMM at a CW between ww and JWW whereas Floyd destroyed JMM at the cw between ww and JWW, albeit the weights were not the same.
lol yesss.
everybody in the world knows pac's weakness are guys who come forward and bang.
smdh................
It's not guaranteed that he beats those guys. Sure he should be favored but I could see the Castillo that Floyd fought smothering Manny on the inside.
depends on if pacroid is on HGH or not
without HGH, he is at the most a journeyman boxer and gets beaten by all of them, KO'ed by half
Are you f*cking kidding me? Journeyman? You hate Manny so much, you wouldn't mind looking like stupid with all this sh*t, I know you're better than that.
Better question would be if Manny can go through Floyd's resume with out getting knocked the fuCk out.:D
This here too, it might sound like hate but it is a good argument actually. Going through all the guys Floyd has shared the ring with without touching the canvas is a great accomplishment by itself.
I seriously doubt Manny could go through Prime Castillo, Chico, 154 De La Hoya, Canelo, Maidana etc without touching the canvas just once...
Of course we'll never know but i don't think he could.
A prime Diego Corrales and Jose Luis Castillo have a really great chance of beating Pacquiao. Even prime Zab Juda's style could of given Manny his fair share of trouble. Oscar at 154 would take the punishment much better, fight would of been more competitive for Manny. Canelo is too big and strong, fight could go either way.
My conclusion; No, i do not think Manny could go undefeated fighting the same guys as Mayweather and at the same time and weight Floyd beat em.
he got koed by marquez so the answer is automatically no..lmao
genaro. judah. corrales. good lord.
:lol1::lol1::lol1:
that guy is a pure hater. pay him no heed..
he will lure you into arguements and then put you on ignore when you embarass him :lol1:

pac loses to:
1. genaro hernandez- ud over pac
2. Diego corrales- brutally kos pac
3. castillo - brutal tko
4. zab judah- ud over pac
5. Shane mosley - ko over pac
6. oscar de la hoya- ko over pac
7. Juan manuel marquez - lmao already done brutal ko
8. canelo alvarez - brutal ko over pac
pac has lost 5 times already lmao before you pacboys get a conniption look at his losses and tell me any of the above fighters werent better then the men who defeated him..
Zab Judah sure as hell doesn't measure up to Erik Morales. Prime Zab has his way with Bradley though.

Canelo (and Marquez, duh) would be the most troublesome. DLH at 154 doesn't make any difference, really. At most, Oscar would menage to go the distance, but Pacquiao still beats him to the punch over and over.
I don't see Pacquiao having much trouble at all against Floyd's opposition.
Not even his best opponents to date - Corrales and Castillo would stand much of a chance.
Castillo, first of all has a style incredibly suited for Pacquiao. While he's not a slow plodder like Rios, he is a come-forward fighter with not much defende. While he's great on the inside, Pacquiao's superior speed, foot-work and punching power would keep him at bay. Foyd had some trouble, mostly because he couldn't get away from Castillo (he had and still have the bad habit of staying against the ropes), Pacquiao would circle and turn him with his movement and fire rapid fire combinations - like he did David Diaz. Probably getting a stoppage on cuts or a wide decision.
Corrales would be more dangerous, but Pacquiao was a real puncher at featherweight and his chin was very suspect and so was his defense against the straight left. Pacquiao's best chance would be to blast him out in the first rounds, wich i think he would be able to do.
Floyd beat Hernandez at super feather when Pac was getting stopped at flyweight. Hell no he doesn't, he gets steamrolled before the 2000s even roll around.
