Pacquiao honestly has an incredible resume. at Welterwe, sure, he doesn’t have a Hearns, Duran, or Hagler above 147 on his resume. but are we going to now say that Barrera, Morales, Marquez was sh.it? those are 3 ATGs as much as Hagler, Duran, and Hearns are ATGs.
