1) Martinez moved up in weight to beat Pavlik. 2) Martinez knocked out Paul Williams, a P4P fighter and top welterweight at the time. 3) Martinez knocked out an undefeated Sergei Dzinziruk, who currently has one of the best jabs in boxing (Martinez outjabbing Dzinziruk, by the way, doesn't diminish Dzinziruk's jab. Having a great jab has nothing to do with avoiding the other fighter's jab, remember.) 4) Floyd fought JMM out of JMM's weight class and was over the weight requirement himself. 5) Floyd beat Shane Mosley (who has trouble with pure boxers) by decision. Seems like a good argument to give Sergio the second spot. I agree with Sergio being 2nd but Mosley beat Margarito in his previous fight. It is not Floyd's fault that Mosley has trouble with pure boxer. Paul Willams was a good win but in my opinion he lost to Cintron.

Mayweather has fought only twice in the past 3 1/2 years, against an opponent from a smaller weight division and against an old age 38 opponent. He did not win either fight impressively. He failed to stop either both older opponents. Floyd should not be in the top 3 P4P at all! In fact after a year of inactivity he should be removed from the top 10. WoW!! We could tell you are a hater. Losing 1 round in both fight is not impressive enough?

What does that have to do with his ranking? If he were a power puncher, sure. I'd understand. Floyd isn't known as a guy who stops fighters. He DID win impressively, he thoroughly outpointed his opponents. The huge glaring problem is that he's highly inactive, but whenever he fights, he shines. I agree that he should be removed from the top 10 if he doesn't fight by May 1st, which will mark a year of inactivity.

I voted no. Rafael is a bum and a joke~ Plus he works for ESPN. Enough said. Pac and Sergio deserve it. I would give someone else the nod. Perhaps JMM; old as hell and all. His only true loss was to a beefed up Mayweather.

In fact after a year of inactivity he should be removed from the top 10. i'd say only dropping around 4 rounds in 24 rounds of boxing is impressive,IMO he was great to watch in both fights just for his elusiveness but don't think he should be even in the top 5 due to his inactivity and uncertain future.

I mean I don't even know what to say to you bro, he probably lost 2 total rounds between Marquez and Mosley. I agree Mayweather should not be in the top 3 P4p. Considering his inactivity, if he doesn't have a fight scheduled within the next month he should be removed from the rankings all together.

You can criticize the JMM fight all you want but Floyd dismantling Mosley was a good performance.

If Floyd doesn't fight soon, he should drop off the list due to inactivity.
