Juanma Lopez is a BUM

congrats to salido..great fight I always tought that Juanma was over rated and I'm a boricua. I just never saw anyhting special in him he has average punching power,speed is weak, throws his punches to wide and no defense. And when he gets hit with a good shot you can see that he gets hurt right of away. I would like to see gamboa vs salido the rematch. There are some young talented boxers coming out of PR that will mke better champions in the future. This is not a fight between mexico and PR, this is about professional boxers fighting and risking there life's. Both country's have great boxers you win some and you lose some. STOP the racist comments between each other and talk boxing not race:boxing:.

I love how some of you guys throw around 'bum'. Lopez isn't a bum, and being defeated by Gamboa is nothing to be ashamed of, he is one of the elite. I agree that there is no shame losing to Gamboa, but today he lost to Salido not Gamboa. If he gets beaten twice by the same cab driver, then he is in the same level as Salido.

He fought hard. Can't deny him that. Didn't get on his mongoose or hug all night like Berto did. Juanma still got trashed though. Not good at all. Esspecialy since it was by a guy Gamboa just beat. Love his heart but he has too much with that macho **** even though it is cool when he does it gets the crowd going

Gamboa - Lopez is a still live match in my opinion. As you said, style make fights.. No way is that fight worth anything now...its not ppv material anymore if thats what you mean. It's probably an HBO BAD event but Arum can't milk Lopez vs Gamboa anymore
