- Ortiz proves himself as a tough SOB and so does Berto imo. Berto was not exposed he was just beaten by a fighter who finally is living up to his nickname and potential. Ortiz fought like a a wolverine attacking a snake.
- 3:32 Mayweather is loving the action!!!!!
My thoughts----> like i have stated many times Ortiz should smash Maidana in a rematch and he looks much stronger at 47, unlike 140. He can give any fighter problems if he fights like this because:
1. He has good stamina
2. He has true power in both hands and he throws short shots.
According to an article by Kevin Iole on Yahoo, Ortiz weighed 161 by the time he got to the ring, which just reaffirms what alot of us had suspected. Ortiz must have really struggled to get to 140.
This weight-class will be a better fit for him than 140 no doubt.

You should of seen me...I scared the my 2 year old as he was playing right next to me when I blew up in excitement...I was not expecting Ortiz to comeback with a knockdown. I can watch that round over and over.
haha, me too man. my dad and I screamed just like steward did when berto got dropped. this is instantly deff one of my favorite fights, i can watch this over and over again.
I almost blew up... Like really, I almost kicked over a table and all that ****... I had to hold it in so I wouldn't wake anyone up.

hahah...too true. I always say when boxing gets it right there's no other sport that even comes close. Unfortunately the same also applies in reverse, when it get's it wrong it's just terrible.
But when they get it right, it's memorable and always remembered. When it gets it wrong, they can always redeem themselves with performances like this.
I had given up on Ortiz the moment he quit against Maidana, but tonight he bounced back and earned a lot of respect.
Emanuel Steward: "OHHHHHHH MY GOOOOOD!"
I've never ever heard him this hype. Dude is the most composed commentator in history.
watch the last round of Toney vs Jirov. It's my fave Manny Steward moment.....he literally loses his mind at the end....LOL!!!
Boxing....... Gotta ****ing Love IT

Go to 3:08....2 devastating left hooks from Ortiz chop down Berto...WOW!
Manny Steward was off in his commentary as per usual. When you go to the end he says neither fighter made a mistake to get knocked down, well actually they both did, Ortiz was keeping his left low, thoughBerto's mistake was bigger, his right was low when he was withing hitting range and he got clocked and he just kept his right low in the same spot and Ortiz threw the same shot.
