Do you really believe khan is faster than pac?

If you ever watch Pacquiao shadowboxing you would know that he is faster. Pacquiao actually makes Khans handspeed look slow.

I think he has close hand speed but is still slower. Maybe in a few years he catches up while pac slows down. Im more a Manny fan that Khan fan, but I do believe Khan is faster than Manny. He throws his combinations a little faster than Manny. Khan might have the fastest hands in boxing.
