At this exact moment I'd say Miguel Cotto. Since Foreman, Uncle Bob has kept Cotto out of great fights with Angulo, Cintron, and Sergio Martinez in order to keep him winning until a PPV rematch with Margarito. And I like how Arum's not even letting Margs have a tuneup in case he's completely shot because he doesn't want the public to find out. I wouldn't call Berto protected at all. Hes simply overpaid to the point where he's completely fine where hes at. Why take tough fights for the same amount of pay as you would get in an easy fight? He's stacking the cash against million dollar tomato cans, waiting for a shot against Pacman or Floyd. He may be a punk, but he's not really protected. Also, Chavez Jr has no doubt been kept out of any dangerous fight. However earning his belt against Zbik will be somewhat legit. The Calzaghe Award should go to.........Felix Sturm. Berto is a close second but at least he was going to fight Shane Mosley and he also wanted to fight Pacquiao. Sturm on the other hand wants nothing to do with the elite fighters at middleweight.

And the only thing you found wrong with cintron is that he fell out of the ring. Citron would mist likely be the favorite in that fight and beat berto don't act like he sucks "HE HIT ME WITH HEADBUTTS" that's all I remember from him in the Martinez fight where he was gifted a draw. He wouldn't be the favorite and you know it. Hell I think Quintana who's biggest wins are over Paul Williams and overrated Joel Julio is a bigger win than Kermit. I have nothing against the guy, but he's coming off an embarrassing show against Williams and he hasn't even redeemed himself yet.

So then Berto should fight his mandatory. Who is his Mandatory again? Besides, it wouldn't make a difference.
