This fight needs to be made. Martinez gets a nice fat paycheck and is involved in a huge fight, and he rids boxing fans of Chavez Jr. Win-Win of coarse there's a fat greedy jew who will do everything in his powers to prevent this fight to happen, unless Martinez went Top Rank.

I have been preaching how Sergio has been wronged by the WBC for ages now, but I will point out two things 1) Chavez Jr DID want to fight Martinez after Martinez/Cintron: He and Martinez talked a little ****, then Chavez's people kind of laughed at him and didnt let the fight happen 2) Freddie Roach, for some reason, thinks Chavez Jr can beat Martinez. Put a trainer and fighter together who both want the fight, and I can actually see it being made now. It's really up to Uncle Bob and Lou DiBella now.

You guys know why Chavez Jr. will never be great, because his daddy was rich and he's lived a rich kids life. In boxing the ones who always make it are those with messed up poverty striken lives. When you're hungry you fight like someone possessed. That being said, Chavez will literally get killed if he fights Martinez. I don't think anyone wants to see a fighter get killed in a boxing ring. Besides, Chavez will get embarrassed once he steps up in competition.

JCC Jr will most definitely avoid Martinez and starve himself to go down to Jr Middleweight thinking he's too big for Cotto then promptly get whooped by Cotto but bank 10 Mil for his early retirement. Then he'll starve himself in a catchweight Vs Alvarez and get permanently retired with a 20 mil golden parachute. Sounds about right.
