If you got SHOWX, they'll air the Cotto vs. Clottey at 10:30 (Pacific), followed by the Zab Judah fight at 11:30. It will preceded by the Cotto vs. Mayorga preshow (Relentless) at 10 pm. I was hoping to see one of Mayorga's fight, preferably against the Viper, but I guess they think that Mayorga is inconsequential, even though he is the one trying hard to sell the fight to the public...
Also try to catch Solo Boxeo on Telefutura, they'll air Maidana vs. Cayo, and Linares vs. Larios at 11:30 PT...
Damn...Showtime is ****ting all over HBO right now with the promotions. They got live weigh-ins and replays of some Cotto fights... All HBO did was make a new greatest hits for Martinez. Biggest budget in Boxing and they can't even use it to promote one of the best P4P fighters in the world :nonono:
yup hbo is pathetic!

Showtime is showing Cotto fights that were broadcast on HBO? Who is doing the commentary?
There using some generic Top Rank commentators. Most major promotional companies have their on set commentators speaking at the event live.
Thanks for the heads up, watching Cotto v Judah ondemand right now
I got ShowOD, they already took off those 2 fights, it's just Acosta vs. Rios for boxing bro. Do you have Time Warner Come∂ian?
I hate to say this, although I'm a boxing guy through and through, but that's one thing UFC is doing right. They'll air their undercards on secondary channels (free or premium), which could be the reason why they have great PPV numbers almost every time...
It's true. UFC has the business side down.
I don't know why Showtime and HBO can't/won't put the live weigh-ins, "off-tv" undercards, and previous fights on secondary channels. It would cost them close to nothing and would likely get solid ratings (as well as improve their brand in boxing, and most of all enhance their regular broadcasts).

I'm also hoping that this will be a regular feature on all their fights, including their competition HBO. It could be the dawning of a new day for boxing!

They had the live weigh-ins earlier this evening too which was cool. I wish Showtime would do all this stuff for their Championship Boxing broadcasts.
