If Pac Takes the Test will Floyd Fight Him?

I have seen the word coward being used to describe Floyd by people on this site and apparently the know nothing about boxing ESPN guy uttered the same. But if OST is just a way to out of the fight will Floyd fight Pac if he suddenly accepted the testing? If Floyd was a coward or only bluffing during negotiations why would he say yes to all Pac's request, there where about 4 things, some absurb, that Pac wanted. The so-called "coward" said yes, all Pac had to agree to was 1 request from Floyd and he said No. WHYYYY?! Why couldn't Pac just say yes like Floyd said yes? Floyd is supposedly the coward but the word "fear and scared" has only been applied to Manny as it relates to needles. In the end Floyd said yes to Pacquiao's bull**** negotiation request so Pac should of agreed to his. The only reason he didnt must be cause he's the "coward" Now thats my opinion on who the staller is, how many of you Pac fans really believe Floyd is such a coward that even if Pac agreed to random OST Floyd would back out the fight?

BOTTOM LINE IS...... The ball is on Floyd's court. That would be a reasonable theory if Floyd hadnt already agreed to 50/50. Floyd dosent care about doing 50/50. The %50 he would make in this fight is bigger then a %60-%70 he would make in any other fight. Yeah for the first round of negotiations, if you go by that, then the 14 days offered should still be valid, should it not? After the Mosley fight there were loads of reports of Floyd then wanting the bigger spilt.

Alls The Pacman's got to do is agree to full random testing and let USADA decide when to start and stop the testing. Shane Mosley had no problem whatsoever taking a simple blood and urine test WITHOUT being foretold of dates and times, and collected his check. If Pacquiao (or his mouthpieces) had told everybody NO blood test back in 09' things may have been different today.

Hey Pactards, if PEDs really work as good as what the Flomos and Mayweathers are saying, can Manny beat the super 6 if he was on peds. According to them Pac is this monster with his peds...something like Incredible Hulk. If Pac was to really use peds, I really think he can knock out Froch, Ward, Aberham, Hopkins, and many more.
