Same thing happened when holyfield beat Tyson twice. actually he was nearly 36 and only won 1 more fight in his career but yeah he was pretty prime.

Well I guess you and I have very different criteria for what constitutes a legend. His two best wins are over a completely shot Gatti, and an unmotivated Judah. Add to that, that he has 13 losses and 6 draws on his record.............yeah..........I'd say it's pretty hard to make a case for him being a legend. He got lucky against Zab, and rode that all the way to the bank. Zab looked past him, and paid dearly. he also beat mickey rodriguez.

Besides a few fighters in history, the British are known for producing incredibly bad boxers who do no good outside their country and just fight other bums. I now realize though that I can't blame them. If I could be a shit fighter, never have to face any real competition, always stay and fight out of my hometown or area, and make a lot of money doing it I would. Most the fights I have seen from Great Britain are a couple of bums no one besides biased brits have heard of, fighting in front of packed stadiums and make good money doing it. Really it's the perfect way to make a living;being protected so no one will find out how bad of a fighter you are and make a load of money in the process and trick your biased countrymen into claiming you as a great fighter. Lucky for them they don't have to earn their way up to good paychecks like real fighters do. argentina is the best boxing country. they have legends like monzon and baldomir. they have 2 of the best p4p fighters in the world in martinez and narvaez. and their population is less than both the usa and the uk.

British fighters > White Americans (like the the thread starter) not that it matters what your nationality or race is. Your right neither race or nationality matters, so I don't know what the reasoning behind Great Britain producing 95% journeyman status fighters is. All I know is American fighters> British fighters and especially welsh fighters and people(like you)
