It's strongly rumoured over on ESB right now by a few people claiming reliable sources that Wlad has cancelled his April 30th fight with Chisora.
Read into that what you will but it makes the Haye fight on July 2nd look more likely.
This is absolute bullsh*t. I spoke with both Frank Warren and K2. Both confirm the fight is going forward. Warren has an iron clad contract. Klitschko can only withdraw with an injury. If he withdraws with an injury, again, expect a lawsuit, and a well justified one, from Warren.
Boxingscene's Godfather has spoken....
i dont understimate kleet kos!. lol. im sure its hapenin now either way,but no excuses should wlad look out of sorts from fighting so close to haye fight.
and vitali better be signed should wlad drop out!.
im sure klitschko have a nice little small print of a clause allowing him to pull out from chisora fight.
chisora should thank wlad for the publicity minus the payday for beating chisora to a pulp and ruining a potential prospect.
Wow you sure under-estimate Warren. He's often a prick but he's never ever been a fool when it comes to business. And in any case, Haye, Warren, Klitschko and Chisora have all confirmed the fight is on, within the last few hours.

According to this interview, the Chisora fight is not an obstacle.
But I thought that was Haye's problem?
The only people who ever believed that the Chisora fight had anything to do with Haye pulling out were Haye's stans. Unfortunately, though, the entire British media are Haye stans.
Good to read that. :fing02:
I would be unhappy with Wlad if he cancelled his fight with Chisora.
Wlad has never even considered cancelling the fight with Chisora - these are silly rumours started by Haye stans.
Latest Haye interview, which has just recently gone up on espn:
"Haye goads Chisora over Klitschko fight
David Haye has warned Dereck Chisora that he faces a "brutal" night against Wladimir Klitschko on April 30.
British heavyweight champion Chisora, a veteran of just 14 professional battles, takes a leap onto the world stage when he competes for the WBO and IBF belts in Germany. The fight was meant to take place last December, but Klitschko withdrew after picking up a muscle injury.
Haye is in negotiations with Klitschko over a July 2 bout, and he believes the Ukrainian is using Chisora as a tune-up ahead of that clash.
"I don't believe Wladimir needs a warm-up to fight me, I don't feel anyone needs a warm-up," he told Sky Sports News.
"Maybe in his heart he's not confident of getting in the ring with me without a warm-up. He's not doing it for the money, because he's not getting paid that much for it.
"I believe that fight's going to be pretty brutal, pretty one-sided, so I'm taking a step back, letting him have his warm-up."
Some reports have suggested that Klitschko will cancel his April clash in order to focus on Haye, but Chisora remains unconcerned. "There ain't going to be a fight in July," he said. "I'm going to take over the world scene after April.""
But LOL at Haye's outrageous hypocrisy, suddenly saying it isn't an obstacle after pretending for so long that it was the only reason he had pulled out - and at the way the pathetic British media refuse to call him on it.

But I thought that was Haye's problem?
Haye seemed desperate to get Wlad in the ring, but only with almost a year of ring rust. Which makes him seem a little less confident that the guy running around with pictures of both brothers decapitated a couple years ago. They're two years older, shouldn't he be more confident now?

That is undoubtedly the definition of pissing on a bonfire.
Damn you Reeno! Damn you and your remarkably speedy and yet annoyingly accurate post!
So let me get this straight.
Wlad wants to fight Chisora and the response is "he's ducking Haye!"
Wlad postpones a fight because of injury and the response is "he's ducking Chisora!"
Wlad wants to fight both and the response is "he can't do that!"
Wlad cancels a fight with Chisora again to pursue a fight with Haye and the response is "he's ducking Chisora!"
Wlad can't win with some people :nonono:
what was the point of making the chisora fight an obstacle in the first place???this looks like wlad was the issue not haye
Tying up two of Haye's main options in Chisora and Adamek (he's running out of Fraudley Harrison types that people will still pay to watch him fight) seems like an excellent way to force Haye to fight Wlad. The brothers attempts to get him in the ring for the last two years haven't been successful, why not try something new?

good on wlad,finally concedes sumit.
both will need to not pull out to not seem like total absolute c*cks if they did so.even if it means one going in the fight injured!.
im sure back up opponents and fine for a pull out is in place.
fury should be vs chisora for british title now, chisora got a lucky escape tbh!
If he didn't do it the 1st time Haye demanded it why would he do it now?
Still not confirmed may be totally garbage rumour.
But if true, I bet Haye had something to do with it. Ha ha haa

Its the right thing to do. Shows Wlad is serious about fighting Haye.
Fantastic news if true.
