According to this interview, the Chisora fight is not an obstacle. But I thought that was Haye's problem? The only people who ever believed that the Chisora fight had anything to do with Haye pulling out were Haye's stans. Unfortunately, though, the entire British media are Haye stans.

Which makes him seem a little less confident that the guy running around with pictures of both brothers decapitated a couple years ago. They're two years older, shouldn't he be more confident now?

So let me get this straight. Wlad wants to fight Chisora and the response is "he's ducking Haye!" Wlad postpones a fight because of injury and the response is "he's ducking Chisora!" Wlad wants to fight both and the response is "he can't do that!" Wlad cancels a fight with Chisora again to pursue a fight with Haye and the response is "he's ducking Chisora!" Wlad can't win with some people :nonono:

what was the point of making the chisora fight an obstacle in the first place???this looks like wlad was the issue not haye Tying up two of Haye's main options in Chisora and Adamek (he's running out of Fraudley Harrison types that people will still pay to watch him fight) seems like an excellent way to force Haye to fight Wlad. The brothers attempts to get him in the ring for the last two years haven't been successful, why not try something new?

good on wlad,finally concedes sumit. both will need to not pull out to not seem like total absolute c*cks if they did so.even if it means one going in the fight injured!. im sure back up opponents and fine for a pull out is in place. fury should be vs chisora for british title now,chisora got a lucky escape tbh!

It's strongly rumoured over on ESB right now by a few people claiming reliable sources that Wlad has cancelled his April 30th fight with Chisora. Read into that what you will but it makes the Haye fight on July 2nd look more likely. Its the right thing to do. Shows Wlad is serious about fighting Haye. Fantastic news if true.
