As I said before, it is possible that this fight might not live up to its expectations. Both fighters are speedy counter-punchers that try to avoid fighting inside or in the pocket. They like to fight at a distance. They might show too much respect for one another because both have KO power. But it will end with a knock out though.

I think that even Montiel`s countrymen cannot bet big on him even at 1-3 odds. At least in these boards.

I would love for that to be the case as I'm high on Montiel, but, I have this feeling that if Donaire has it come together like he did with Syd and Vic, he'll just be too much for Montiel and it won't be too close. If not though, I'd love a ring classic as much as the next man. Plus, Montiel is hard as hell to read, so maybe Donaire won't be able to time him and it'll be a wicked back and forth. It's a great match to have either way it goes down. This is a legit legacy fight for both guys.

The best fights seem to be the ones you don't expect to be that good. That's why I'm a bit worried about this matchup. I'm keeping my expectations low.
