This is a easy question to answer..At the moment Bradley is the best at 140lb based on resume and ranking..But the true best will only be named when Khan and Bradley mix it up,but for now Bradley holds the tittle...

Me and Dazed talked about this, it's pretty bizarre, he literally doesn't teach them anything on the inside. He rushes in wrecklessly, throws wide punches and can be easily countered. Plus he doesnt have the kind of talent Khan has to make up for his flaws.
