I am not a bias fan, I will say...YES HE DID!
But I am not sure WHY THOUGH! It is not like he was getting dominated by Bradley
Alexander is not a smart fighter, he doesn't listen to his trainer AT ALL, he just goes out and flick his jab and make a ton of noise
he would have gotten more respect if he would have toughen it out and finished the fight, he pulled Kermit Cintron by trying to either get a cheap win on the early Scorecards or get out with a Draw
I am still a fan but any chance of him becoming a star or a big draw was lost yesterday though, he also has too much scare tissue for a 23 year old fighter
also too much head hunting and he also let his Power go to waste, I don't remember him throwing that Left Uppercut at all, I guess that is a credit to Bradley for his crazy head movement
I always said Bradley was the best fight at 140 and I still think that, I think he beats Khan also, I am started to think that NONE of these 140 fighters is that good though
He was definitely frustrated by the headbutts and overreacted on the last one and took a rather easy way out... Might be due to his youth or a general character thing, impossible to say.
What I think is even more important, doctor and ref did a very poor job there. Should have just told him that they give him 5 minutes and then they could have went from there...
I don't think he did...the last butt was on the left eye(which created a small cut)...the right eye had nothing to do with it, that was cut much earlier in the fight...
If he quit, that'd be stupid since he was losing...even if he thought he was ahead somehow, he had to know it was close...
Squeezing his eye closed repeatedly at the end of the fight to get the blood running gave that away
Or the cry of pain as if his best buddy had been taken out on Omaha beach.
