mayorga is funny and his fights are exciting even tho in the end he gets his ass whooped. i mean even when he fought vargas i was laughing the whole fight. what he lacks in skills he makes up in his trash talking and reckless boxing style. and he always makes the opponent look good except mosley.

Why are a lot people making a big deal of Mayorgas's fight with Cotto?? I mean come on. Mayorga is a bum now. I doubt he will make the 154 weight. IMO this fight is a joke. Whats gonna happen next? Trinidad coming back to fight Pacquiao at a catch weight of 150 lbs. What is boxing coming to? Cotto gets no credit from me if he wins. Its a tuneup for Cotto, it shouldn't be on PPV, anything less than a total Cotto domination might as well be a loss for him against this version of Mayorga. and that's it but I do disagree I think it's fine that it's on PPV because it's not taking up valuable real estate on HBO or Showtime for actual competitive fights
